What a great experience my Mother and I had shopping for an outfit for a family Wedding a few weeks ago. We had been to so many clothing stores and I looked like a shapeless potato sack in them all. Your staff member (6387) offered amazing service from the minute we walked in the door. While she was helping me with sizing for the outfit I'd chosen to try on, she was getting my Mother comfortably seated. She was also suggesting accessories and solved my shoe dilemma. So I walked away that day with a Wedding outfit, shoes, and an outfit for a family Engagement a fortnight later. A weight lifted off my shoulders, fantastic service. I did ask her name as I left, but that was weeks ago. I wish I could remember, thank you

She took her time to try and help me about a dress I was after, and really put in extra effort and great manners to help me. Had the best experience today in store the ladies where lovely and very helpful! They helped to get the proper sizes and complimented me when they thought the outfit was the one! Thankyou so much for the excellent customer service!

I also looked here and found some pretty good things I didn't buy anything but there were still a lot of things to choose from

An Over & beyond customer care & delivery of high class assistance from Sareena & Tee. I called to get garden of dress x2 in different colours. Both were only at this branch My delima I couldn't get in till Thurs night, I had called Mon morning. Fr the time sareena answered my call to me picking up my dresses on Wed.the customer experience has left a lasting impression. I was told the hold couldn't extend the period of more than a day. She said she would do what she could to keep this for me till Thurs.

I When I walked into the store wed it was immaculate, clean & the ambience was fantastic " you wanted to be there. Sareena greeted me with a smile within 30 seconds. Loved her non overbearing sales speel & specials promo etc. I was given space & time to feel relaxed & look around. The whole time both Tee & Sareena made me feel welcomed & their geniune customer care & presentation clearly stated the love for the SHIEKE fashion.

I’ve shopped here twice now and I can honestly say I love their customer relation. Tara was amazing, friendly, very helpful, ready to take my questions and even with the fittings. I would 100% recommend.

Horiffic experience!
It was a simple store credit request. I was being discriminated for my age. The regional manager of the store yelled at me and questioned "why I was crying over a $300 dress"?
- the dress I bought for my formals that got cancelled thrice. My exams and the lockdowns did not allow me to make immediate return.
The customer service was appalling from her end and utter disrespect for the customer and the legitimate right to ask for the credit has left me completely flabbergasted!

Shopped here a few weeks ago, the lady that served me was so friendly and helpful, went out of her way to help me find a dress.

Found a different gift for the partner here Very accommodating staff member helped me. Than you.
