Ruchike is a superstar stylist, what an absolute pleasure it was to receive their outstanding assistance in choosing a dress for my partner!

I wanted to jump on and do a review for you guys. I come in today feeling really stressed about an outfit for a birthday celebration (little bit of weight gain lol) The lady that served me was so helpful and kind and chose a dress that I never would have picked up off the rack but she seems to just know body shape and what suits it. I wish I caught her name. I will drive the journey to come back to this Sheike solely because of the customer service.

First time shopping at Sheike Doncaster and was totally blown away by the customer service provided by Sarina.  I had such a fixed idea of what I wanted in the way of an outfit and tried on like a gazillion things but Sarina was so patient and sooooooo helpful.  She was so friendly and didn't push me at any stage.  I was in the store for over an hour and a half and there were so many customers coming and going at the same time. Despite being the only one there Sarina served everyone and attended to everyone equally.  And she helped me find the PERFECT not just 1 but 2 outfits! Thank you so much Sarina!

Olivia at Sheike Doncaster is such a lovely and fantastic salesperson. She is always willing to assist me with finding something to wear, is never pushy and will always show me many options. She also remembers my face (and my mums) every time we come in and always asks how we are. She is the best person their.

Very poor customer service from the two staff working there today. Compared to other Sheike stores that I have visited, the staff here today are extremely rude and provided me with no service. Made me feel very uneasy. They need to teach their staff proper customer service at this store. It’s no surprise that other reviews have said the same thing.

Visiting your store it has been my worst experience! I was asked to check in, present my vaccination status and to confirm with ID, -which I did.
I wasn't expecting to be lectured by Oliva how to conect my vaccination status with my Vic gov.and I wasn't expecting someone to shout at me, "buy, it goes both ways" (I have no idea what I did to her). I believe she is your Regional Manager, and if that's the case you're definitely out of touch with your customer service.

Staff did not greet us and were more concerned about loudly discussing their personal lives and plans for the week than raising an eye to assist my daughter and I. Very disappointing given Sheike elswhere have fantastic customer service.

They never welcome you into the store you’re pretty much ignored unless you touch something then they’ll swarm over you. Service is terrible and they aren’t friendly.

Usually get ignored when i walk into this store, the girls are too busy chatting amongst themselves.

I found a dress that was exactly what I was looking for and the people in the store were very helpful

Amazing service!

I was desperately searching for a size 8 in one of their dresses and had called every shieke store near me, they either didn’t answer the phone or when I asked just said they didn’t have it and hung up. After calling the Doncaster store the girl on the other end not only checked her store but checked the stock level in Victoria. She organised to have the dress sent to the doncaster store in time for my event. She also continued to contact me to ensure I knew the dress was on its way. When I went to pick the dress up her customer service was just as good in person!

So thankful for her help, worth the hour drive to get the perfect dress!
