Dropped into see Darren at Sheds N More, he showed me through my options. We placed an order and a few weeks later on the shed was delivered and erected ready to go. Very happy customer:)

Got 2.26x2.26x2 installed gotta say these guys did really good considering the slab that another cowboy pretending to be shed and slab installer which I found on facebook did at my property. Sealed all corners myself and with all rain we had yesterday it hasn't leaked a bit. Definitely recommend these guys.

Very very poor quality of workmanship. Tradie who installed didn't do half a decent job. Not happy at all. Darren came over to visit, explained why its that way and myself being a construction manager could not agree a cent on the reasoning.

The shed did not align on the concrete floor and was overhanging. Darren Directly blames the concretor, whereas the concretor had shown its flat with minor slop right at the back. It was simply moving the shed by 20mil ahead where there is 50mil soace and the problem would have been solved. But no, Darren didn't agree. Left on note that I don't agree with the workmanship. Will surely avoid going to this company or recommending them to my friends.owner seems less interested to solve the issues post installation.

Decent value for the sheds supply price.

Posting on behalf of my mum, she has been working closely with Darren. He is has been very informative, helpful and she is very confident in his work. Highly satisfied with everything so far.

Previously posted a review of this business, I was treated extremely poorly by that Darren who arranges the shed installations, so I post an honest review on my experience, because he doesn't like it, he pretends to not know who I am and assumes I am leaving a false review.
Guys honestly, save yourselves the trouble and do not deal with this guy, or the muppets they send around to erect the shed, I was charged an extra $100 because the site was not suitable according to the contractors that erect the sheds, Darren did not bother to tell me what was required prior to delivery, no apology, no courtesy, nothing. In the end, I got a shed which is not even close to being plumb with the earth, and a whole lot of grief.

After purchasing a shed from this company 10 years ago and being very happy with it when it came to purchasing another shed we automatically went back to them. After waiting 3 months the concrete was laid my shed is constantly flooding the shed itself leaks and doesn't line up All attempts to contact Sheds n more have not been returned same with concreter I now have to get another concreter to fix the problem. STAY AWAY

Highly recommend Darren from Sheds N More. We had a few issues with the original installation (not Darren’s fault - a contractor) which originally was disappointing. After getting in touch with Darren he fixed all the issues and left us with a great finish. This company stands by their product and fixes things when they need to - refreshing to see. Cheers from a happy customer.

Shed was delivered, assembled and installed with professionalism. Had a problem with the roof, darren came out personally and fixed the problem. Was also willing to come back out for any other
issues. Would highly recommend as prices, product and service well above expectation.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! (July 2019)

It took posting our previous review well over 3 months ago in March to get a response from Darren the owner, so here we are again posting another review to hopefully get results as we believe that action speaks louder than words.

How long is a reasonable time to wait for confirmation to fix the problems outlined in our previous review?

Darren's responses to negative reviews are that they pride themselves on customer service, yet here we are more than 3 months later, still waiting for them to fix our uneven concrete floor.

The contractor who installed our shed acknowledged that the tolerance level was definitely out in some areas and he gave us 2 options to rectify our situation: -
1. They can come and remove the shed and concrete and return our money. OR.
2. They can try and level out the concrete floor by grinding the concrete in the sections where our shelving is.

We chose option 2 and the contractor said that he will discuss our preferred solution with Darren.

You would think that an owner who supposedly prides himself on customer service would follow up on whether a customer is happy with the proposed solution and take action. It is obvious to us that Darren clearly does not pride himself on customer service or customer satisfaction.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! (March 2019)

After ensuring that our site was level (as per the requirements by Sheds n More Dandenong), we were unfortunately, left with a concrete floor that was definitely not level.

Only one installer showed up on the day, but he was friendly and courteous and in 2 hours, he somehow managed to install our shed on his own. We were told by the installer to wait 2 days for the concrete floor to dry, but unfortunately, once we had access, it was clear to us that it was definitely not level.

A few days after installation, we notified Darren from Sheds n More Dandenong, and his professional response was that it is a trowel finish and it is not going to be perfectly levelled. We explained that we were fully aware that the concrete floor was going to have a trowel finish and we knew that it wasn't going to be perfectly levelled, but up to 40 mm out is absolutely unreasonable and unacceptable. Frankly, we find it ironic that Sheds n More require all customers to comply with their detailed checklist as part of their terms and conditions, specifically noting and reiterating in bold and underlining, that sites that are to be concreted by Sheds n More MUST be perfectly level and flat. It's a pity that they can't ensure the same standard for their customers.

Darren said that he would let the installer know, 3 days later we had to follow this up with him again. We asked Darren what would his solution be to rectify this, he said that they would either grind it down from the centre of the floor or pour a floor leveller. Again he said that he would let the installer know, it has now been over 2 weeks since installation and clearly there seems to be no urgency or courtesy to follow up on our complaint.

In our last conversation with Darren, we explained that we had taken time off work to install shelving, declutter our garage and move things into our shed so that we could finally park our cars in the garage. Our decision and urgency to install a shed was due to numerous car break-ins and vehicle related crimes in the area, but unfortunately, it clearly speaks volumes to us that this is not his problem, especially since he already has our money.

From the attached images you can clearly see how we now need to prop up the legs using 40 mm off cuts from our decking just to keep our shelves level, our intention was always to bolt it to the concrete floor.

Rather than going with one of the larger and more well known companies, we decided to give a local business a go. At least with the larger companies you know that they would not only be answerable to themselves and that they would also have an established complaints process in place. In hindsight, perhaps it would've been better to go with the larger company.

Excellent, very happy with the help from Darren. He helped through the whole process and did a fantastic job.

Staff were amazing. They answered all of my questions and explained the preparation required prior to the sheds being delivered clearly. The product was exactly what we were looking for and would highly recommend to others. Great value for money.

A bit of a wait but all good now!

Ordered a shed and installation/concrete flood after the guys returned from christmas break. They specified 5 weeks lead time, approximately 4 weeks later I got a call to schedule for the next week.

I'd flattened the area as per the instructions on their website and per reccomendations from the guys in store. The installers arrived on the day and commented that lots of people don't listen to the tips on levelling the site, and mine was very flat indeed. They got the shed up and once the cement truck arrived they just barrowed everything in and were done in about 1.5 hours.

Price was comparable to colourbond sheds elsewhere (cheaper than some quotes I got), and saved me the hassle of doing everything myself over a weekend.

Great company to deal with. They provided an accurate time frame for ordering shed, the boys arrived on time and put the shed up with no hassles. They took the time to make sure it was installed 100% and checked the door. I would recommend sheds n more!

Great price for sheds compared to bunnings. Free Delivery and installation though. Awesome deal.
