Chose Shed Bonanza for a carport, and must say that they were absolutely fantastic. The contact (Jake) handled all aspects and liaised proactively with the council around various complexities. The customer service we received was the best I've experienced anywhere for a long time - all the things you hope a company would do.they did. Thank you and keep up the quality work.

After discovering the new shed had been installed incorrectly, I made a call to the office to discuss the problem and to answer my question relating to the fault. I spoke with Tim on Monday morning and he told me he was going to pass my query on to someone else and it is now Wednesday night and no return phone call. This is not the first time. I'm sure Shed Bonanza think by not addressing their customers queries, the problem will go away. I would not recommend this company to anyone. EVER! They do not back their claims to a quality shed and they do not return calls. And, after leaving a review, they will contact me to off a resolution but they are only words on paper. They do not follow through. Go somewhere else that's my advice. I'm sorry I didn't.

I have been delighted with the service I've received from Shed Bonanza. On account of a neighbors wishes, I changed specifications on several occasions; from the design to the location. Kellie has been particularly helpful despite all this and always shown an upbeat and can-do demeanour which has made this process a pleasure. Many thanks to her and the team.

Dealt with the Bayswater branch and honestly would not recommend them to anyone ever. They have consistently made promises and broken them. 12 months down the track and our shed still isn’t built, horrible experience

Worst dealings I have ever had. First I requested a quote only to be called with incorrect information. I was served by Max Xia and honestly from his service alone, I will now go out of my way to tell people how poor the service was…. Max is down right rude and arrogant and if your in sales my suggestion when your not getting a sale, don’t hang up on a customer.

Shed Bonanza - look at your pricing, and be careful who you hire Max is not an asset to your company

We purchased both a Garden shed and a Carport, both were delivered on time. Both were in exceptional condition and we had the shed built by Shed Bonanza. The consultants we dealt with went above and beyond when it came to customer service. We highly recommend Shed Bonanza.

We are currently getting a skillion roof garage built by shed Bonanza.
Marine at the Dandenong office has been very helpful and during the planning and design stages, she stayed in contact and gave us regular updates well staying patient with the changes we made. We would say the service from Marine was 10/10.
We used Andrew to do our concrete, he was one of 3 contractors shed bonanza supplied us and I would rate is work as 8/10.

Unfortunately we have currently stopped all works well we wait for a shed bonanza contractor to assemble the shed. We have been giving a start date of the end of March so I will keep you all posted on this.
Most of the products are supplied by APEX steel and personal knowing one of the owners of this company I know they only use the best products and have a high attention to detail.
After the assembly I will update my review, but so far so good.

Worst she’d I’ve ever bought, not level, not square doors up side down, bolts over the frame so you can’t open the doors, very poor trades
