Shed Bonanza

I had the most amazing experience from beginning to end with professional advice and follow up. More importantly, both Caitlin and Marine who I delt with, went over and beyond in terms of assisting me when a contractor let me down. Marine and Caitlin were both amazing to deal with and helped me though every step of the way. The contractors were very professional and problem solvers. I purchased a 6x9 shed with car port connection was happy with the price & quality only downside was the time frame of install with builders recommended ‘by shed bonanza I was lucky enough myself & a friend could build the kit over a couple of weekends & also the owner builder side is quite a nightmare/ mind field to obtain. If I had my time over there is other companies which supply & can install under their building license which would save a lot of unnecessary effort.

Purchased what we believed to be a ready to assemble garage 7x10 mtrs.
Drawings supplied were totally inadequate for the task. All components had to be cut onsite, punched holes for posts and purlins did not align all had to be drilled out, we were not made aware of any of this on ordering.
We would have been better off just going to Robot trading or the like and buying the components off the shelf, effectively that’s what Bonanza do. I spoke with one of the owners (Owen I think) who pretty much agreed with my complaints, and said they would update the drawings to reflect the actual requirements for self assemble.
Never never again Bonanza!

Shed Bonanza were great. They helped with the design process and the installers that they recommended were also great. Couldn't be happier.

Rang spent time on the phone, was told i will ring you back with price in about 1.5hours! 4 weeks later nothing? Dont like talking to someone thats probably interstate. Must use contractors.

Fantastic and really easy to deal with, accommodated all my needs when designing what I needed. Would highly recommend if your looking for a custom made shed.

From the day of ordering the shed you and the shed bonanza company were constantly in touch regarding the progress of it. And when it come to the shed being built your company gave me a choice of trusted builders that company trust’s and knows. I chose to use Brett from Dynamic sheds & barns to do the build I couldn’t have got a more perfect person for it he’s a very professional/ punctual and polite person. Even down to the small things during the build so now I have a shed that looks amazing thank you Brett and the hole shed bonanza company.

I Purchased my garage and garaport back in August it’s now December & my garage /garaport is still not up! Although the staff at Warragul were really helpful I feel buying it was the easy part as everything else has been a night mare! Firstly out of the 3 concrete Contractors only one turned up but never came back with a quote? So I had to organise my own concrete contractor. Secondly the plans are drawn up on their computer and that seemed fine at the time, as they stated it had to be 900 off the house, & 200 off the boundary fence.but it didn’t show my fence not being straight on their computer and therefore when it came boxing out the slab and making it square etc it measured 200 mill from the front end and 500 from the back with 900 from the house. Because the boundary fence wasn’t straight. So when the building inspector came to inspect it he knocked it back because it wasn’t to plan! So I had to go back to Shed Bonanza and ask to change the plans to suit my boxed out garage. Then had to re apply / submit the new plans to the council at another cost of $290 waited the statutory 2 week period that they recommend in case my neighbours dispute any thing! That was fine! Then had to get the building inspector back at another cost to me of $270. Hurray it’s been past at last now I can get the concrete poured. Now I’m having trouble finding a shed builder to put it up because would you believe it the two that Shed bonanza recommended haven’t bothered to give me any confirmation on if they can put it up! So it’s looking like I’ve got to find my own contractor once again for this part of the project. If I’d had known it was going to be this much hassle I’d have gone to a different company, so apart from the great service of being sold the product not happy about everything else it’s been a complete disaster.

Very good, helpful, good service delivered on time and construction was quick and professional.

We had a very good experience with Shed Bonanza. Friendly and professional sales and after sales service in arranging payment for and installation of the shed. The installer was also very good, assembling the shed quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The shed itself is very good quality on a steel frame and fitted perfectly to the millimetre on the slab which was previously laid. I would recommend Shed Bonanza for great service and very good sheds.

From start to finish was a headache, footings where put in the wrong place, had to source second builder to pull down and complete the work of supplied builder. Do your research and find someone capable of large shed installation.
