Had the pleasure of having Jigar come into our home to measure and quote us blinds. His customer service was amazing, along with his expertise in interior design and knowledge of soft furnishings. He went above and beyond and made a difficult decision of which style and color an absolute easy one.

I might add that they have excellent after sales service. I have been a customer with them for past two years. Last week I had some minor issues with the blind traction. They provided excellent after sales services - from arranging the appointment and rectification works. Couldn't be happier!

Worst after sales service. We had Ziptrack installed through Jigar which broke in 2 years time. I have been trying to get it fixed, It's been more than 2 months- Just keep pushing it to next week whenever I ask him to get it fixed. We now have to ask another company to get it sorted. Don't waste your time and money going through them, Better go with reputed brands if you want any sort of after sales service.
