Bought a lousy, faulty Braun electric razor that couldn’t cut a single hair of any length and then learned that Shaver Shop DOES NOT DO REFUNDS.
Instead I was told to contact the manufacturer/ distributor and file a claim. I did that just over 1 year ago and was told via email 2 months ago that my claim was approved and I would have the refund deposited into my account sometime "within 72 hours".
I receive one of those emails every 2-3 weeks but have not yet been refunded a cent.
Absurd. I'd rather catch and train a rat to chew the hairs off my face than buy anything from Shaver Shop again.
Ridiculous, penny-pinching enterprise.

Wanted to buy a Phillips 14 in 1 7000 series and they were sold out so one of the guys there, Being the amazing guy he is, called up a store a few minutes away to ask if they had any in stock. And they did and they held it for me till I arrived. Upon arrival I asked for it and they knew I was the one who asked for it and provided me with knowledge on usage and maintenance, as well as the warranty. Overall superb experience.
