26SEAN & NAOMI are the best individuals and customer service per cent, I've purchased many times because of there experience Thank you guys.
Giving this rating only because of Sean, the best man in the store with knowledge of products and best customer service. Other lady on the counter is so unprofessional with no knowledge or understanding of customer service.
Worse experience do not go there. I bought a shaver machine worth $200. Second day i want to return it as I don’t like it. They don’t want to return instead making stories that I may have used it. Finally they agreed to return and told me that u can get $200 vouchers which u can only spend on this shop …. What a rip off. Don’t go there. Staff was totally rude
Sorry didn't get their name but (Tall with beard and shaved head), was SUPER helpful and informative of the product I was looking at.
Demonstrated how to clean, assemble and maintain for longevity.
Unfortunately none in store so had to purchase online, ordered Monday received Wednesday (Rural delivery) fantastic turn around and will have a very happy recipient on Christmas morning!

I ordered 3 toothbrush sets online, thinking as per the images they will send me an assortment, but to my surprise all 3 sets were the same. I went to Shaver Shop in Fountain gate and made them understand my situation. Naomi and Sean were extremely helpful to sort out my issue. They contacted not 1, not 2 but 6 different stores and got the product that I wanted. At one point I literally just gave up but they kept trying different stores, as the item that I wanted was very popular.
Naomi and Sean: you both have excellent customer service & problem solving skills. Keep up the brilliant work to make more customers your fan and loyal to your store.

A mix up was made with my online order. Went in to Shaver shop Fountain Gate 16/11/22 for assistance. There was a lot going on in store. The lady that served me at the counter seemed very flustered. When I told her about the mix up with my order it was not until I showed her the screenshots on my phone of what I had requested online to what had been delivered, did she then look into it further to find they didn’t stock the product. When processing refund she advised it would be sent to their customer service who would complete refund and could take up to 2 weeks. I called them 07/12/22; had been advised this store did not advise them of my refund request, they actioned refund straight away over the phone and was showing back in my account; no hassles! Disappointed in fountain gate store, maybe need a refresh on their internal company processes/ policies? ! I would not recommend them.
Purely Wasted my money on a trimmer, because of an ignorant staff. Buyers please ask them before buying, they know some thing about the products displayed rather than simply shaking the head.
WARNING Please do not buy from these people selling some sort of replica of real brands or something as the products don’t last much as usual genuine ones.

Very poor customer service and rude staff.
I visited Shaver shop Fountaingate this afternoon. I decided to buy a Wahl clippers and trimmer. I was waiting for staff to serve other customers and when it became my turn another guy jumped in front of me then I spoke up and let the staff knows that it was my turn and the other customer accepted that it was my turn but still Shaver shop staff said she will serve the other customer because it looks a quick job. My question is how does she knows my job is not faster? So I felt disrespected and left the shop without buying anything and also I left a feedback at their front desk. This incident happened Sun 3 Apr 22 around 1.30pm.
I don't think I am going to buy from Shaver shop when online shops treat me better than s***t minded staffs.

I purchased a trimmer from fountain gate shaver shop upon their advice at the time that it WAS suitable as a facial trimmer (maintain a 4mm stubble) unfortunately the unit head failed (siezed) after 3 months.
On the 19/01/22 i went back to fountain gate shaver shop to have the unit repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
The fountin gate shaver shop manager insisted this unit was not designed to be used on facial hair, that i had blunted the blade (without proof) and refused to honor the warranty, he proceeded to say it was a cheaply made chinese piece of rubbish and i should buy a Wahl.
I refused to make an additional purchase as i loved the unit and simply wanted to arrange a repair. The manager then put gloves on, obtained a screwdriver and wanted to open the shaver for inspection which i thought was strange as i was not sure if they were an authorised repair agent therefor decided to go to another store for assistance.
I found the manager to be very arrogant and pretty aggressive to be honest
I then went to The Glen shaver shop where they agreed the unit had failed and gladly replaced it under warranty and assured me the unit is actually very good, and fit for purpose.
Set up inside Fountain Gate Shopping Centre. Ample parking and easy access from car parking. Small store that seems to cater for all aspects of shving. Friendly customer service, yet what I required was not in stock and I asked when they will be getting more in. Unfortunately the sales assistant didn't know! I will attempt to see if I can get it ordered in when I go back and check out the shop again. Definitely stocked and staff available and worthy of a 5 rating. No matter how small the requirements of a customer, the efforts from staff are what we all remember!
This contact was on the phone & pleased that the item I need can be bought at the store, rather than on line, I prefer that way

Yet again advertising products in the sale that they haven't had in store for weeks.shame on you.

The salesman showed me the clipper that I wanted and packed the clipper I did not want. I only noticed the difference when I went to use it. The man behind the counter with a long beard refused to exchange it for me despite having not used it and had the receipt. I have been their customer for the last 11 years but very disappointed with the service at their Fountain Gate Shaver Shop.
