I bought my Phillips shaver from them and it has worked well. I had to replace the foil which took a long time as they lost the order and had to do it again.

Update (2022) : If you buy a foil shaver, you may not be able to replace the foil for the life of the shaver.

It seems that no matter how careful you are with foils, they eventually break. I had to replace the foil again but it transpired that the foil for that particular shaver is no longer made. The shaver itself is in perfect working order but I can’t use it. I refuse to buy a new shaver as I shouldn’t have to. I have been using a razor instead. If I ever change my mind and buy a new shaver it won’t be a Philips and I won’t buy it from the Shaver Shop.

I was served by Shayna last week and she advised me to a completely opposite direction to what I intended to get and I could not thank her enough for doing so. I have extremely sensitive skin and she gave me genuine and honest advice on what would work best for my skin, and I am very happy with the product she suggested for me. Knox has a great team with knowlegeable and caring staff

Tamara has excellent and broad product knowledge, was able to identify what I needed in terms of a new blade and made for an easy, seamless transaction.

Whether this is a franchise operation or not, Tamara deserves praise.

Excellent and friendly service. I bought an electric shaver and accessories for my son. Very wide range or products, sensibly priced but above all friendly helpful service, always appreciated.

I was at Knox City shopping centre early today to avoid Christmas crowds. This was my first stop and the young lady that was opening the shop was just so gorgeous and helpful to me. I really like to let people know that they’ve made a shopping experience good, and I’d like to thank her for her polite and helpful manner. Thank you!

I purchased an electric toothbrush yesterday at a fantastic price from Shaver Shop Knox City. The staff member on duty was knowledgeable and guided me in choice. The whole transaction was quick and ended with a laugh over how the packaging was showing a pink brush and on another a white brush. Nice to meet real people with a smile and genuine desire to help.

By far one of the worst shop in Knox, perhaps even in Melbourne.
Even the Asian shops are not as rude and incompetent as this shop.
The manager is needs a lot of work in her customer service skills.
The staff needs better training.

Very good customer service when I went to buy the product. Went to buy an ipl for the first time. The lady said philips lumea would work on me. She said to try it and see. I never got information about how to return it. I assumed I can return it back which I did the very next day. Called philips and they said to return it to the Shaver shop. Wasted my time going there cos I had to come home with a printout. I assumed If the product I bought from a shop
is defective I can return it to the same shop.
Not happy how I was treated when I went back with the product.

Today I needed to purchase an electric razor and trimmer for a friend who is in hospital on blood thinning medication. Naomi who served me was amazing and knew the exact type of product required. She took the time to demonstrate how it worked and how to clean and oil it. She went above and beyond in her customer service.

I bought a professional trimmer for shaving and a few weeks ago it started to scratch my face every time I shaved. I thought the trimmer was a goner or something but I took it back to the shop to see if I could at least learn what went wrong. The guy at the shop saw it and quickly knew the blade was out of alignment. He gave me a replacement. It sounds silly but it made my week.

Great products but not too great service.
Blonde lady wasn't any helpful at all she hardly answered any of my questions and when I said Good bye have a nice day she didn't even lift her head up. And I just spent nearly $300 there. Will go to another store next time

My Consultant was very knowledgable and helpful. She took her time to explain the products in great detail, and no question felt like a silly question. Thank you so much for all of you help, I will only use the Knox City location from now on!

Stock was decent but they didn't have what the same items as what they had online. The sales assistant knew a reasonable amount the items they did stock but didn't sell me on any of them in the end.
