No customer support, only "we can't do anything", ad the end told me that I both product somwere else, if I can give negative star, will be too much. Update 4/7, just spoke to customer support head office, 100% same answer " we can't do anything" so you will see me in jour shop NEVER again
My daughters purchased a Braun hair trimmer for Fathers Day. They were at no point advised that the store does not accept returns if the box has been opened. When we returned the product complete in all its original packaging we were informed that they cannot exchange that particular brand. This was in no way communicated to my kids when they purchased it. No help was offered at all with the exchange process, the girl simply told us to go online and contact Braun so we can ship the trimmer off to get our refund. Sure enough 5 weeks after shipping the trimmer to Braun we we are still waiting on an answer and some action.
Extremely poor customer service, in fact completely lacking in customer service.

I was very happy with the price i paid for clippers and the person who served me was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Went recently to look at a new electric beard trimmer. Walked out with a few things, and a smile on my face because of the excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning and will recommend to anyone interested.

The best place for male care. Shaving products of high quality and a wide range of products suitable for any style of shaving. They stock cut-throat knives and razors as well as electric shavers. High quality and good brands as well as affordable prices. There's also more luxurious products for the ones who wish to spoil themselves a bit extra. I always get my blades, beard oils and shaving care products from this shop.
Went in for advice and the staff were very helpful. They were honest about buying the best possible product for us without trying to sell us the more expensive brand saving us money, instead of allowing us to waste our money so very grateful for that.
