Manager so so rude, no manner. Staff and manager say different policy to client. Be careful when purchasing products in this store. Very very bad customer service. After sale service is terrible. No trust

Was attended to by an assistant who introduced herself as Med (not sure if we’ve spelt this right). She was very helpful, knowledgeable, attempted to answer all questions and very patient with us. We would like to thank her for her service today.

Shaver shops items often only have a 2 year warranty, and their products consistently become faulty just outside the warranty period.

Accidentally lost the charger for a shaver I bought a couple of years back. The team at Shaver Shop Chadstone were extremely helpful and were able to sort me out with a new charger at a very cheap price. Very impressed. The manager on at the time was awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work!

Umesh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when you go in and aren't really sure what you are looking for. I'm always happy with the Umesh’s product knowledge on Shaver Guard was best & I ended up buying 8 units.

Every time I enter the store I’m always greeted by Insta influencer “Umesh” not sure but seems to be a manager and always blown away by how knowledgeable and super friendly he is. I’d definitely recommend coming here because of him and come back for sure.

This new store manager name Umesh is extremely unprofessional. So sad that they change the store manager and lost the good customer service.
Go exchange for a faulty product and waited for a month. Then check on the spot, still give me a faulty one. Yet, he said is not faulty and nth he can do. He is extremely rude and can’t believe the store now run by him. How could a faulty product still can say not and justify by him saying “all are like that”!? !

Head shaver was bought ($150) under staff advice that proved to be incorrect - This was discovered upon opening the packet and reading instructions.

Item never used, only packaging disturbed.

Upon attempting to return item in admittedly damaged packaging, and happy to accept an exchange as opposed to refund, was told there’s nothing that can be done as packaging had been opened and not in original form.
Was a 3 to 6 monthly shopper for years.
Will never return.

I dont know what should i say about the service of ShaverShop but it was just amazing. Omesh from Chadstone store got the treasure of knowledge.he has switched my grumpy mood to jolly one with his jokes and he has very well explained about the braun pro 5.as i can see previous reviews from other cutomers he seems to be a famous personality.

Such a great and humble service from manager.

Worst type of scammers in my personal opinion. I bought a $400 product from them and they keep providing different tracking numbers but never post the product. Run away from them like from hell.

Amazing day today, went to shavershop on Thursday to buy panasonic shaver $499.00 i got closed by Indian celebrity Mr. Umesh.what an honor & lucky i was.i did not know that ShaverShop is great organization to work for. Mr. Umesh is perfect face for ShaverShop great service, charming peopl.i am gonna recommend ShaverShop to all my friends & family. 10/10

Poor customer experience! Went in to get a product. Sales rep said year to price match. Then asked her manager which also said yes but was too busy with one customer. 10 minutes later waiting at the counter the other manager comes to serve and then they said No. What a waste of time and poor customer service

Daniel and Tasha were stellar at customer service!
I had a problem with an out of warranty item. They suggested solutions and gave me relevant numbers to call;they were MORE helpful that the person at Phillips! Because they were so helpful I bought a replacement item. They are both to be commended on their attitude and level of customer service!
