I have recently sought legal assistance from Kevin and Caroline in relation to a matter. I found them to be knowledgeable, responsive, easy to deal with, thorough, practical and able to deliver a good outcome. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give this firm a negative or zero rating I would. They are extremely slow to reply to emails they do not explain their costings and how expenses are arrived at. Their work is sloppy with bad spelling and errors even for simple work. They handled my bother's estate and I would recommend people do not use them.

On short notice my parents engaged Alice Land to create their wills. She was nothing short of superb and went well beyond the standard will creation process whilst holding our hands throughout the entire process as well catering to our busy schedules. Despite the limited time available, she was thorough and persistent in dealing with every detail and for this we will always be thankfull. We’d also like to thank Aylin Alper her personal assistant and Alice Hall from reception who always conducted themselves in a helpful and friendly manor. In my parents opinion and in mine, Alice Land is probably the most professional legal representative we’ve engaged despite the high bar established before we’d met her. My advice to anyone wanting to create a thorough and comprehensive will is to ask her for by name…. Alice Land.

I phoned to try to get legal advice regarding a matter of property transaction, and Admin took a message and told me someone will call me back regarding this matter, I waited 2-3 weeks and no one called back. Then I phoned again and admin took a message again and still no one call me back in a week. When I phoned the 3rd time, and admin still ask me to leave a message and wait for call back, I gave up.
