When we provided feedback, they promptly scheduled a 15-minute catch-up to address our additional questions. We had the opportunity to interview a highly qualified candidate, and thanks to Kyle's efficiency, he swiftly arranged a second interview and obtained the necessary references. Amazing experience dealing with Melanie, she took the time to listen to me and found the right position for me.

Terrible experience with S&C. If I was able to I would give them a zero star rating. Sure Emma was nice and pleasant at first to deal with however I noticed manipulative behaviour such as discouraging myself from going to other interviews. When I didn’t want to continue with the recruitment process for a particular role she dropped me like a hot potato. Not sure what the other recruiters are like but stay away far away from Emma. You will get blacklisted from S&C.
