Sharna is amazing. There is no one else will we get to do our family photos now we've had her. She's done our sons baby photos, our engagement and very recently our wedding and we cannot fault them. I hate getting photos taken but Sharna makes it so easy and for my wedding she was definitely more than a photographer, made calls she didn't need to, took things to my husband and was always checking I was okay. She is amazing.

Sharna was absolutely amazing! She was so professional having a zoom meeting prior to the wedding to organise the day. She was prompt when it came to our wedding day and captured everything we could have asked for and much more. I wouldn’t have changed anything about our special day and I am so lucky that Sharna was able to capture it all for us. The most magical day thanks to Sharna.

Sharna did the photos for my nieces wedding. Omg. So professional. Easy to work with. Knew her stuff. And knew how to keep a high energy situation calm, warm and easy. The photos look amazing and the experience was easy and fun. Everyone should use Sharna if they want a great result.

Couldn't be more happy with the our cake smash session with Sharna. Being a first time mum it was a little daunting, especially when little man wasn't in the mood on the day. Sharna completely went with the flow, was laid back, bubbly, gentle, kind and so easy to deal with. Despite being exceptionally busy in her work load she ensured the photos were all completed promptly, and had excellent communication. The majority of her work is completed in her own time, she puts her clients as a priority. She even showed me the photos throughout the session to ensure I was happy. What a wonderful experience, and how lucky are we that she will also be the photographer for my brothers wedding in 2023!

Sharna is very unprofessional, immature and unreliable. She is a waste of money and everyone's time, extremely disappointed in her behaviour as still waiting for what was paid for and it's been weeks past the agreed 90 days.
Update: It's been 7 months and STILL WAITING. Absolutely disgusting.

Sharna is an excellent photographer who we were so lucky to have for our wedding. She was so helpful giving instructions on where we could get the best background, how to stand, and what direction to face so that the best photo could be taken. This made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. Sharna offers incredible value with the quality of photos she provides, as well as a pre-wedding engagement shoot to practice some posing and other things. She even arrived to the ceremony early and stayed late for no extra cost! All of our photo requests were easily handled and Sharna was so enthusiastic and professional the entire time.

We are very grateful for having Sharna capture so many moments and we strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

We had our newborn photos done with sharna, the photos turned out beautiful. (Also had my maternity photos with Sharna that were beautiful!) She was highly recommended to go to. Although the photos are beautiful I wouldn’t rate the entire experience to be wonderful. The money that we payed for a beautiful experience left us not with that. Comments made such as “my nails aren’t done very good” and how often we are bathing our baby, products we are using, how to use a bottle correctly ect, even though we weren’t paying for parenting advice was un necessary, especially just after having a baby we both felt that a lot of comments were negative towards us. I asked for a “princess” type theme as seen on her page of the babies with crowns ect, we felt as though our vision was overlooked and the opposite of what we asked for. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be back because of the experience and professionalism, not because of the quality of her work.

This was my way of voicing my experience with you and I think you can definitely create good conversation without undermining your customers even though that wasn’t your intentions. I understand you don’t want me to put this review but I think you owe it to your customers to leave an honest review about their experiences and this was mine unfortunately. *

Sharna went out of her way to accomodate our premature twins in her booked-out schedule, of which we greatly appreciated, considering she adapted her workload around their feeding schedule. During our session, Sharna was professional, demonstrated great care when handling our babies, and expertly kept them settled for over four hours; minimising disruption. My husband and I were in awe of the number, selection, and quality of props that Sharna had prepared for our session. She encouraged input on our behalf, and we have ended up with a product that reflects our style. We were also very grateful that Sharna took extra time at the end of the session to ensure that she got the perfect shot of our babies. At the end of the session, we opted to purchase a package that included photos at six months and one year, as the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality, and comparatively less to some of the other studios in Ballarat. Thank you, Sharna!

Sharna always going above and beyond for all her clients and even with this covid 19 and having to wear a mask and everything changing witch would be very challenging but shes smashing it out beautifully:) I highly recommend to anyone.photos are always amazing making memories you will never get back

Amazing atmosphere, great person to be around. Had a newborn shoot and she let me know what she was doing and asked my opinion if I was happy with how she positioned my child. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for photo shoots done.
