Great service! High end gear. Will definitely use these guys again.
Rented RF 70-200 Cannon lens.

Seems like a couple of film dudes hiring out gear. Which is a great vibe and they genuinely seem like they want to do a good job.

But the gear’s bad. Had multiple issues with missing and broken gear in both times I hired. They were very understandable the first time and refunded my order. So get another star for that. Haven’t heard back yet about second time. Feel free to hit me up about it.

A list:
Missing memory cards. No chargers. Wrong battery (for a camera I didn’t even hire). Dirty sensor. Missing cables. Crackly audio connection for lapel mic (not fixed for second hire). Broken lcd screen. Missing lapel mic pin. Gear I booked not available. No one there at pickup time. Rusty springs in battery compartment for audio recorder. Flat spare AA batteries.

I really wanted to like this place. But perhaps it’s time to transition from a few dudes doing a thing, to a business with staff that can maintain gear. It has potential. Good luck.

Nothing short of amazing. Incredibly professional, very affordable pricing and good communication. Kieren and Walter are both friendly and extremely helpful. My team and I had never used one of the cameras they had available, Walter meticulously went through all the finer details with us and hapilly answered all our questions and queries that many other businesses would have simply not bothered with. He spent over an hour with us and offered to help on the shoot day as well, he did this all whilst having a plane to catch for a holiday. If that doesn't showcase superb customer service then I don't know what does.

The team is a dream to work with, I came to them with a last-minute request and they supplied more than everything I needed. Lovely people. I highly recommend!

Walt and Kieren are 2 of the nicest guys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have fantastic equipment that elevated the value of my production, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure i was happy with what i rented.
