Shape and Form

We hired Shape and Form to do a large landscaping project for us. Our backyard was run down, unsafe, and unusable but it is totally transformed now. It took two months, and involved paving around the pool, excavations and rock steps, the creation of an outdoor dining area, plus new timber decking steps. It was a complex project, but Marcus and his team did an amazing job on everything. Shape and Form is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are fantastic at getting what you want done, communicate so well, plus provide good advice. Our only advice would be to listen to Marcus’ ideas - he’s got great taste and knows what he’s talking about.

Contacted Scott 3 weeks ago for a quotation > came to the site, have heard nothing since.probably a good thing.can't put a quote together so how could he possibly do the job.
Yes I did eventually get a quote but not only was the cost ridiculous, but he didn't listen to a word I said regarding how I wanted the area paved. I even showed him pictures of what I wanted. Clearly an amateur or simply disinterested in doing the work, which is no biggie as I had someone else take care of it

We are very pleased with the process and the outcome of having Shape and Form to upgrade our front and backyard.
Sarah from admin was very warm, friendly and approachable right from the beginning.
It took a few goes to get through the initial meetings for drafting and discussing the design with Scott the director. Scott was serious about his job. He incorporated what we wanted in the design both aesthetically and functionally for those spaces. Once everything was confirmed though, Marcus/Charlie and team were on it. They showed up on time everyday without a fail. It was a stress free process for us as we could trust that the build was done exactly to the plan.
They even finished 1 week ahead of schedule!
We get so many compliments now when we have family and friends over. We love having a useable outdoor space that fits our family lifestyle. I doubt we'd have any issues but there is a 5 year warranty on the build so we'd just reach out if or when we need.
