This is what great customer service looks like. Other business can learn a lot from this family business. I don't recommend much but I have already spoken to many people of Shani Lights since I walked into their store last Saturday.

We bought a light fitting for our kitchen from James. I cannot compliment James and the team enough for their customer service. A fabulous team to deal with.

We recently renovated our house and Jason from Shani Designs provided much of lighting. My experience on two occasions has been simply outstanding. I can’t remember in recent times dealing with anyone else with the same customer service orientation. I’m not one for writing reviews but couldn’t resist this one.

Great shop with great people! We were searching for particular style for weeks and only by chance we visited the store- and found exactly what we were looking for! The item was delivered free and within 2 days which in these covid days it is greatly appreciated.
Also got recommended electrician and he did the job fast, on public holiday for reasonable price.
Overall great experience and will definitely come back for future lighting needs.
