Great food, great environment, this restaurant has always been my go to pick, when I have guests visiting.

We went on Sunday for lunch. The place was almost empty, except for us and 2-3 small tables.
Ordered the flaming duck, shanghai juicy buns, fish, rice cakes and vegetarian dumplings.
They all were good and we didn't wait for too long. Just be careful when eating the buns because they are very juicy. Bite the skin of the bun a little bit to suck the juice out.
Service was good, staff was quite attentive.
Price is on a more expensive side.

Food is ok, service is worst. Ordered 2, came out 3. When I talked to the server, I think the head manager of that shift is the one who came to me in unwelcoming manner and insist i wordered wrong. The first server already got it right but she came and messed it up. Wont come back for sure

Ok food is ok. But the guy who's the manager is really doggy. Asked for a table for 8. And he said you'll need to book the room with the minimum spending of $500 as there's no available tables in the main dining area. Didn't think we needed to spend bloody $500 for dumplings so said never mind. And then he changed his story saying that there's actually available tables in the main dining area. Great. Then he asked for my credit card details to make the booking. Not only including the card number, expiry date, but also the CVC numbers. YOU DON'T give this kind of information to anyone on the phone! A bloody doggy manager! Worst ever.

Good place to enjoy Chinese cuisine. They were even happy to serve off menu option like vegetable fried dumplings when requested. Good service, easy location and decent dish serve size.

Worst experience at a shanghai Street. We had a half an hour window to sit down and eat. They forgot to place our order. When we asked where it was, they just said it was coming. Turns out it never went to the kitchen, so they hurried our order along. Thus delayigg us further. We told them to cancel the order as we had to leave immediately. They delayed us further, to ensure we paid for the food we had not received. Worst service, won't be back to this one. Avoid at all costs.
