Shan is kind, welcoming, and very professional. The room is peaceful, nurturing and a space you automatically feel comfortable in. Shan listened to my concerns and reasons for treatment with compassion. The treatment was exactly what I needed for my body/mind, and truly eye opening. His knowledge, experience and offerings to further assist with types of foods and other nourishing ways to build my system was so welcoming. Thankyou Shan, I'll be back when I visit Daylesford again!

After suffering from sciatica, I visited Shan when in Daylesford recently after needing 'treatment' v just relaxation. As many have said on here, Shan is the ultimate professional, covid precautions, lovely arrangement that makes you feel completely comfortable, educational and completely generous in sharing knowledge, advice and explaining techniques, how things link and things to consider. Shiatsu is complex, true masters, undertake years of study, to understand complexities and linkages to the body, nerves, muscles, bones and become health professionals, which is who Shan is. In addition is not intrusive, shares about himself when asked, generous of spirit. I walked away without pins and needles in my foot for the first time in years and with advice that I have followed since, which has been of incredible benefit including sleeping fully through the night again for the first time in years. Living in Melbourne I would even drive here specifically to see Shan. Thank you Shan, you are one in a thousand million.

A great reason to visit Daylesford. Shan is professional, attentive and amazingly intuitive. He kindly fit me in for a “tune up”, and I was beyond impressed. I often have trouble staying focused during a massage, but with Shan I was able to remain present. I left with a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Having been introduced to Shan Lin Shiatsu by my wife (who has had many treatments), I now have a fortnightly treatment. My general health and energy levels have improved immensely since commencing a few months ago. Shan is an incredibly gifted and professional Shiatsu practitioner and I highly recommended you visit.

Shan is amazing. At first I was sceptical as shiatsu dosen't feel like the massages I have had before- you lay on a futon on the floor fully clothed but the results are great and seem to last much longer then any massage I've had. Shan is very professional and tailors the massage to you ensuring the pressure is just right and focuses on areas of need. I suffered from neck and shoulder pain as well as lower back pain which has become a thing of the past since seeing Shan.

Having a Shiatsu session was the perfect thing for me to get back into balance after the pain and discomfort of sciatica and trying different modalities that targeted specific areas. I love how it treats my body as a whole organism, how deft and specific was Shan's touch and how the type of touch 'invites' as apposed to forces my muscles and bones to come back as they were designed. I believe I need more but it really helped turned the corner for me.

Shan is a professional and highly skilled practitioner. I find seeing him to support my body at the change of seasons or whenever it needs a tune-up to be very beneficial. His manner and technique are so relaxing I always fall fast asleep! We are so lucky to have him here in Daylesford, Highly recommended.

I seen Shan a couple of times during a short break in Daylesford. I had some lower back pain that he very skilfully treated and resolved. He also gave me some practical advice that I could utilise to improve my overall health and well being. I would highly recommend a visit to Shan!

Oh. My. God! I've never felt better after any experience. His hands are like magic and I was sooooooooo relaxed afterwards I had to chill in my car for a little bit before I could drive.
Slept like a baby that night and 10/10 would visit again!

I have had a lot of Shiatsu massages over the years and Shan is in the elite class. Excellent treatment and it's easy to see he is a great person as well.
