Fairly overpriced (even when compared to Woolworths for example - you can get the same product for cheaper elsewhere) and could have better stock availability. Customer service isn't the best either and I'm usually okay with it if the price is good, which it is not. Plus because so many of the items do not have the price sticker on it, you don't even know how much your basket will be until you check out. However, if you are purely looking for convenience, then this may be the place for you.

Been here a few times, this place has a huge turnover of staff, a massive red flag! They will ask for your number and name so you will receive the discount, discount is a joke as it's not even $1.00. Staff are super unprofessional and have no idea how to speak with customers, they lack professionalism, knowledge, and manners! Super uncomfortable experience, not for decent people, they will also try and share your details, which is not ok. The owner also tried to scan more products and accusatorily asked if I had put these extra products in the basket when I asked why I am being charged for products that aren't mine.

Hi I went this shop first and last time. Had a bad experience with a staff. They have special on some product so I grab a few as soon I went to pay she want to charge full price. I told her it’s on special and their is sign with price on it than I went to pick one more item at the back she quickly removed the sign. It’s not about few dollars it’s about doing the right thing. As soon I asked give me a receipt she making excuse that payment didn’t go through, it’s clearly showed on Efptos it’s been approved and I even showed her my online transaction detail still she arguing and never give a receipt. So be aware from this kind of people and Their doggie business

No price on items or you have to check the cashier for price check. Everything everywhere. Not organised. Expensive.

There are better store in the area just avoid this one unless if you are desperate but again if you have slightest of OCD I dare you do not enter this store. You wouldn’t be able to help yourself but start picking things like boxes and items off the floor and start arranging shelves it’s appalling.

Pretty well stocked Indian grocery store with many products I've never seen anywhere else and much more variety than common. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

The shop sells Indian products which are way overpriced that other Indian shops nearby. Further the shop is quite disorganised as well. The shopkeeper is quite cunning as well, charges different price for same product at different times.

One stop shop for all your Indian grocery needs. Make sure you check the expiry on the clearance products before you buy them.

Won't recommend this. If you are not getting what you found in other Indian grocery store. Most of the items, I can say all.prices are very high.
Not recommended.

Very helpful customer service.
Driveway access steep and road traffic make the shop seem difficult.
Not wheelchair friendly.

I have been to this place couple of times and found that the prices are quite expensive than the standard market rates for the same items.
I would suggest people to look for an alternative outlet for the indian grocery needs.

We always buy our Indian groceries from here. The owner is gujju man. Very kind and talkative guy. Mostly everything we consume in everyday life, we find here and sometimes if we couldn't then owner of this shop is so eager that he makes a special order and get it for us. Thanks for that.

This is one of three stores in Melbourne plus an online store.
Easy access from Springvale Road on the northern side of the railway line.
Well stocked store with the hard to find Indian groceries normal super markets like Woolworths and Coles do not stock.
There is always two or three staff to help navigate and find specific products for you.
Cash or credit card accepted
Public car parking and Disabled car parking. Public and disabled toilets / rest rooms located inside. Is a wheel chair friendly facility.
