Shagy's Pizza - Elwood

I was charged 2 dollars extra for a schitnzel (19$) which is 17$ on their website. The schitnzel quantity has also been reduced.

Pizzas used to be better than they are now. Had one from here tonight after many months and it was just so very bland. Cannot argue with the price but the toppings have such little flavour. Good chips and good cook on the pizza but over than that disappointing which is a shame.

Soggy as pizza and the meat was coming off the pizza never have I ever eaten a pizza like that in my life. I guess you just need to cook the pizza bit more and use more flavour. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible pasta. First of all carbonara is with parmesan, not tasty cheese. Second, carbonara should have pepper in it. When it came, I had to put the pasta in a pan, add cream, parmesan and pepper. I still had to bin the pasta because I couldn't bear to eat it. I had the first bite and it tasted like bland pasta and pasta water. The bacon seemed cheap and flavorless. The pasta didn't have any tones or flavor to it. Seriously terrible pasta. Not worth $14. Probably worth only $5.
Il Amalfi does better pasta. Will never come back. Taking my money to better pasta places.

Every time I order a different pizza hoping for it to improve, any of the spicy pizzas aren’t spicy and they do lack flavour. Decent pricing though so I return! ‍️‍️

This place is going downhill at a rapid rate. Delivery’s over an hour and pizza is a mess when you open the box. The cheese and toppings are off the pizza and they just don’t care. Best try Zanini or Figo

Pprobably the best pizza in melbourne, ok that might be a little hard to believe, so a 5km radius around elwood. It also has the best service from all staff!

Shaggy's is great for a classic suburban Aussie Style pizza take away joint. They do it really well. Those who left bad review were probably expecting something more like Zaninis up the road which is a different ball game. Shaggy's is what it is, cheap and awesome, and locals love it.

Dependable local pizza place - pizzas come out hot, well topped and the sides are well portioned and served quickly. Ideal for a stay in night.

You guys have the. Best. Pizza. BUT please send delivery drivers that know basic maths so they give me the right change.that's all.
