Very nice serviced apartments in an excellent location in South Bank. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious but had some unfortunate design flaws - no USB charging ports, no powerpoints by the bed (there were some at ground level which was inconvenient) and no air conditioning vents in the bedrooms! So you had to leave the air con in the main living room on and all bedroom doors open for it to filter through. Small gym, pool and sauna were appreciated, but there needs to be gym towels and water available. Restaurant and bar very good. Would stay again.

I requested to staff before booking I wanted a room with view & as high as possible due to disability New years eve. I was told a corner room would give great views. $1200 later for one night when we arrived was very unhappy. Room was 5th story. View of city road. Was then informed oh no you have to walk for view. Ruined new years eve for a family of 1 with 3 kids.
After ordering dinner $201 was rung & order not available. So no dinner and days for refund.
Worst experience ever. Over priced and very average. Would never recommend

The turn down service was thr very best I have seen in my life. They really helped clean a messy room, aftermath of 3 tired little kids. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing.

Hotel manager and 1 staff were extremely hard to deal with during check-in process.

Nicely designed apartment hotel with plenty of facilities (pool, library, roofttop gardens, great dining) to suit both the business and leisure traveller.clean facilities and daily housekeeping service (quite rare these days for hotels post-covid).

Really 4.5, as the pool was small & crowded, but the staff were fabulous. The rooms spacious, & quality of food & drinks excellent. Also close proximity to South Bank & public transport. Good for Jeff's Shed (aka Exhibition Centre).
A fair bit of traffic noise, but it is close to the West gate fwy.
I'd come back as it was reasonably priced too & the staff gave us some good tips for a future stay.

Terrible experience. I was staying there for our company conference earlier this year. The valet parking guy scratched my rims and firstly tried to deny it. After providing evidence, the hotel manager advised that they would reimburse me for having the rims repaired. After getting my rims repaired and numerous emails regarding reimbursement to Benjamin Fanning. I have not received any reimbursement or even a reply. I will be taking further action shortly. Anyone thinking to book a conference or meeting there I would advise to think twice.

Went here for a business conference. Let the valet park my car. He scratched my rims on the gutter. Tried to communicate with the hotel to resolve issue, but no response.

Poor customer service for a "hospitality" establishment.

One of the most stressful and unwelcoming check ins we have ever encountered! Drove 7 hours 2pm check in, rooms not ready unhappy restaurant manger. Once we received our key 45m later room not to our booking second room dirty again dirty baby cot not removed. Reception Staff responded (what do you want from me!) all day and night room is noisy

The rooms were very small and the pool was not what was expected there is not waterfall and the chairs were very old. The place is not very small and expensive for what it is. On checking out we have the staff feedback and we were dismissed and they did not want to hear a bar of it. We were made to seem like we were being unreasonable and what we were saying was not important. I would never stay there again.

Good location to stay at to visit other nearby attractions. Nice hotel with great staff. A few issues with a broken chair but they fixed it quickly. The desk staff was helpful and really nice for check-in and out.

Didn't want or need valet parking but it's all they have. Road construction outside made it annoying to arrive as they blocked the road near the hotel entrance. Wish they could place people on a higher floor. Anything above 9th floor are apartment, not hotel.

We had a wonderful 3 days here. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, shower was amazing, only downside was the bathroom was very tiny. Breakfast staff was amazing on Tuesday n Wednesday morning. Thursday they were very average. Food was great on all 3 days. We found the location close to everything we needed. Would most certainly stay here again.

The only thing 4 star about this Hotel is the staff, rooms are small and lots of little issues that add up, layout of the 2 bedroom apartments are odd, what 4 star hotel has queen beds, vs kings, bedroom so small you can't open your case.issues with plumbing and water and the wait for the lift! Thank goodness for the staff otherwise it would have been a 2 star rating.

The hotel, services and rooms just didn’t meet our expectations…. The photos on the websites looked very appealing but at the end… we just felt like we were being decieved. The hotel staff needs training in every aspect and information regarding the property and need the convey them clearly to the guests checking in. The rooms are very wierdly structured with little space to keep the guest’s stuff and the bathroom layout is just sooo ergonomically wrong. The bedroom pillowos are just the worst which gave me a headache every morning. The only good point was its proximity to the centeal areas.

Rooms are equipped with TVs and a very easy system to use in order to watch normal channels, or watch a movie (complementary movies! Recent ones!) with even a chromecast option! That was the best part for me.

Just wanted to Thank all the staff especially Sigourney for making my sister and her husbands wedding anniversary so amazing! She went over a beyond to make sure that they were happy and I have never seen such amazing service before! They loved the room and amazing bottle of champagne given to them for their wedding anniversary! Such a great property, i cant wait to stay here myself! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary. Great food and drink. And our room was fantastic. Will be definitely coming back
