We have used Shaadi Capture for our small registered wedding. Pankaj was very professional and we are happy with photos.

We have found Shaadi Capture through their Instagram page. From initial phone call to final delivery of Photo we are very impressed by them. Ours were typical Pakistani wedding where we have few events at home. Few events were Female only and we have special request of having a female photographer for those events. Shaadi Capture has helped us with that request and many more like that.

Apart from good work they were very comfortable to work with as I personally don't like Posing and all. The only thing that can be improved is turnaround time, we have requested few photos before the final photos are ready and they took a while to give us that.

No doubt about quality of work which is good and this is why we hired Shaadi capture for our wedding. However, I would not hire them again for future events or recommend to anyone due to the way owner treats his customers. They lost the full video of our wedding, deleted back up (which professional deletes back up file) and made a video with leftover clips. Video quality and presentation was poor. While photos were of a good quality, Pankaj (owner) did not click enough photos and seemed uninterested in his work. His assistant who captured our first event is highly recommended though-he has a passion of photography, good customer skills and was instrumental in creating and capturing our precious moments. Owner has no work ethics, communication skills and customers are money making machine for him. We are devastated to know that precious moments of our big day which was captured by shaadi capture has been lost. To which owner basically said sorry and bad luck; no accountability. NOT RECOMMENDED

We booked Pankaj for our Islamic wedding celebration, from the first email and phonecall Pankaj was prompt and very professional. He was more than happy to work with our budget, and promised from the onset to give us the best possible photos. He achieved this and more. We received so many compliments on the final photos, he has incredible skill.

Pankaj also understood and was very respectful of our culture and religion. This was very important to us - in choosing a photographer we wanted to make sure that they were sensitive to and could navigate the nuances. Pankaj did not disappoint. He went out of his way before and during the event.
