I visited the SH jewellery store today with my partner to purchase rings for us both. They have beautiful fine high end jewellery with modern pieces and great range. Staffs here were extremely kind and professional. We felt extremely valued and happy. Highly recommend this store.

For the longest time I always wanted to make own a diamond stud earring for myself and growing up it was something that I always wanted to never really gotten around to aquiring. Keith was helpful and customer focused around my requirements for having a piece that would be worn on a day to day basis.but through the process he was able to source a diamond stud earring within my budget but after wearing the piece for a day.its good to finally knock out that list of things i always wanted.

Genuinely enjoyed my first experience. I feel in an industry such as this it’s important to have high level of service whether you’re spending little or large amounts. Which is what I received first time purchasing my two rings. After a month of wearing my rings, the white gold outer layer had faded and it was only a light fading so I looked past it. Another month passed and it had already a shown a lot of wear and tear. Finally after having it for 4-5 months I came in asking if they were able to fix it. I placed the rings inside the SH box and handed it in. The sales advisor had a look and asked “did you purchase these from here? ”. I said yes and he had assumed I had bought it awhile ago by the looks of the yellowing. He then explained the process of how white gold can yellow and that I should be careful when wearing it. To not wear it too often and that I would have been told that at the time of purchase. After checking the GIA certificate and realising I had only purchased them 5 months ago he offered a $30 discount on rhodium plating which was originally $120 for two rings. I genuinely was shocked that this service wasn’t complementary only after a few months of purchase. If this is the case, I would have to maintain my jewellery every 6 months. Not wanting conflict, I hesitantly agreed. Perhaps this sales advisor thought he was able to rip me off knowing well that it’s undeserving for me to pay a fee due to my two month old jewellery yellowing. He made it seem like it was my fault for wearing it too often. Where is the quality control? My previous sales advisor was lovely and even gave me a box with a cute little light. He didn’t make me feel lesser than. I feel there wasn’t consistency within my experiences.
