Had a major drain blockage over the New Year period, was recommended I try SGT Plumbing. Chris arrived later that day and located and eliminated the blockage, Great service and highly recommend this business.

Great general plumbing service and repair for a call out in the South East - Taps, hot water, toilets. Communication throughout was outstanding. Honest, friendly service and thoroughly recommended.

We needed gutters and flashing replaced for the whole house. We couldn't be happier with the result. SGT were total professionals, from quoting through to completion, and if you're working from home you might also get an impromptu concert from their boys sitting along to the radio.

From enquiry to completion of water renewal from mains to house, these guys blew me away. Responded lightning fast, and were able to send someone out the next day to complete the works that afternoon. Definitely recommend and will be using again! Riley and Ben have good taste in worksite tunes

SGT were fabulous, responded to a badly leaking connection, which they isolated the problem and repaired the valve, without needing to replace the hot water system. Just brilliant to deal with and their contact update system is awesome.

I'm so impressed by the professional service l received from SGT plumbing Pearcedale. From Jess at reception who arranged for a prompt appointment to Chris who fixed my main water valve. Chris was terrific, he arrived early and was most friendly and helpful. He not only replaced my water valve and tap but also went above and beyond with digging in and righting the whole contraption, no mean task. He did so with consummate professionalism and efficiency. Wouldn’t use. Withhold providing items listed in quote until payments are made and they don’t tell you about this until they’ve started the work. Be wary. Terrible customer service when this is brought to attention to say the least.

Our hot water service broke down and we were contacted immediately with an idea of the earliest time a plumber could arrive. Assessed and replaced the unit the same day. A very professional and efficient company to deal with, and we would highly recommend.
