Cabinets are of good quality and manufacturing excellent. Installers did a good job too. I cannot give more than two stars because, their internal systems and communication needs attention. Their errors caused our project to be delayed. This cost both us and our builder money. They did not communicate with our builder, us or internally. Nobody took responsibility for the whole job so issues took quite some time to be resolved. We were told a date for delivery many times only to be told on the day that it wasn't going to happen. Finally they just showed up to rectify the final defects still without contact. It was just luck that someone was home. We have been living in our unfinished renovation because of several errors made by Seytim. If they improve their communication they can easily improve their rating. UPDATE: They have been responsive recently and tried to repair our relationship. They have come to check again and rectified some small defects.

Seytim cabinets did a great job in installing our built in study desk and overhead cabinets. Both Olga and Michael were great to deal with and provided great insights and ideas and were able to deliver the project on time and professionally. Overall very happy with the finished product and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks!

Customer service is appalling. Installation was massively delayed despite been promised a much earlier completion date; an utter disappointment and let-down. Had to chase, chase and chase to even get their staff to come in to complete the job. Even then, the installation was rushed with mistakes, which meant that I had to spend extra money to get other tradies to rectify the issues; something which I should not have needed to do. Completely regretted engaging them when there are other better (and possibly much more efficient) companies that charge cheaper prices. Overall, a very awful and very stressful experience. Avoid using this company at all costs unless you want a headache.

Two stars rather than one, as the cabinet quality is good. However, Seytim’s customer service and communication are truly terrible. They’ve attempted installation of our cabinets 6 times and it’s still not done. The worst communication of any trade I’ve ever used - and I’ve led four commercial projects as client and self-managed three home renovations.

Viv and the Seytim Cabinets team did a superb job building our living room cupboards, and Jim the installer was meticulous in getting everything delivered and setup perfectly. A quality outcome that we're absolutely thrilled with. I highly recommend these guys.

I cannot recommend Seytim highly enough. They are first class and our whole experience with them was exceptional. Their designer Jamal is extraordinary. He knew exactly what our vision was for our kitchen and we connected immediately. Within 10 minutes he drew a rough sketch of what we had outlined and it was incredible. He is a mind reader. And Seytim's service, it's craftsmanship, it's trades are all exceptional. The quality is excellent and nothing was to much trouble for any of them. Our entire renovation experience was pure joy and a wonderful experience. I can't wait now to renovate our laundry and bathrooms! Thank you Seytim and Jamal!

Our experience with Seytim was unlike any other. Jamal is an absolute visionary, capturing our design and personal flavour almost instantaneously. The professionalism and care exhibited by Jamal did not let up throughout the entire process. The high quality materials used blew us away and the clean finishing topped off the look. I highly recommend Seytim, but more specifically the wizard that is Jamal!

I had a great experience with Seytim Cabinets, from the initial meeting with Naz at my apartment, to meeting with Jamal and seeing him visualise my new kitchen by conventional illustration. The Seytim team understood my brief and requirements, as well as my budget, and they worked hard to meet my brief, demolition my old kitchen and build my new kitchen on time and as cleanly and as efficiently as possible. I am really happy with the results, a better and improved kitchen within the same footprint of the previous kitchen, as well as a fabulous and creative freestanding ceiling height cabinet to add storage and extra workspace for my apartment. Thank you to the Seytim Cabinet team for making my kitchen renovation relatively stress free and a great learning experience!

Sorry to take so long to post a review we got our kitchen cupboards and bench top awhile ago, and our friends are renovating their kitchen and asked us where we got ours so we couldn't rate them high enough, nothing to hard regards Danny and rosina
