13While to me technology is the most frustrating thing out the staff at Seymour Technology are always so helpful and friendly and always with a smile. Hopefully Seymour never looses this business.
This is Geek-Central. The staff are great. Parking is great. The range of services is excellent. They solved my problem very quickly and had the right cable in stock.
Excellent service from staff who helped my mother who has early dementia with her lost phone. She went in to buy a new one as hers was lost, but by phoning family and using findmyphone, we were able to determine the phone was still in the car outside. The staff accompanied her to her car and helped her look and find the phone in a very professional and kind manner. Good customer service in this case meaning they did not make a sale. Much appreciated.

Rang store to ask if any news on the repair of my laptop that I had left with them the morning before (24 hours prior). That day they said the technician was sick and would look at it tomorrow. Staff member said the technician was still working on it from the previous day. I asked how that was possible as I had not provided my PW yet, and that the technician was supposed to have been sick. Staff member replied "oh yeah.good point". I then suggested that the technician was never there at all. He replied no, he was still sick. I said if that was the case I was now going to travel to Seymour to collect my laptop. Once I arrived I collected my laptop and said I wished to make a complaint. The sales assistance (different person) suggested I do it by email. I said that would be prefer to speak it. I used plain language to state I did not appreciate being lied to, and that I would no be recommending their business to provide IT assistance in the construction our new process plant, or anything else. She then stated "then you would be one in a million". And there we have it - arrogance - and not a hint of any apology or at least an offer to rectify the wrong. And on leaving their store, a sarcastic "have a nice day sir" delivered by the sales "assistant" in so other the customers and staff could hear. 70 km drive to Shepparton; straight to the Harvey Norman Tech store; problem solved in 30 minutes.should have done that to start with, but I thought i would first try 'local'.
Great service, shockingly good range for a rural, independent, locally owned tech shop. Good prices too. Always my first port of call if I need something tech-ish in a pinch.
Absolutely amazingly friendly staff members. Always looking for great options to help customers. Gone there twice and has absolutely no problems what do ever. Definetly would recommend to others! Amazingly helpful and generous. Love this place could not recommend any place better than here

What a gem. Nearly 2 hours on the phone to Telstra last night trying to resolve connectivity issues with a new phone. 5 minutes with the super friendly team here and connectivity is fixed. Well done!

Telstra, as all country people know, is the only reliable service provider. Niggles arise with on-line help, but not with direct person to person service offered at Seymour Technology. Greg once again scored a 10/10 when I called in today. Having mobile problems; visit them.
