Seymour Coaches

We used Seymour Coaches to transport our wedding guests to and from the venue. Right from the beginning, communication was absolutely terrible. Anytime I sent an email it was either ignored or responded to weeks later. I usually had to make a phone call to get anything followed up, and sometimes several phone calls. And in the weeks leading up to the wedding, I sent two emails and made three phone calls as I still had not been sent the invoice to be paid and was starting to worry. It was only after I called and was put through to someone else did an invoice get sent. And they had the audacity to say payment was required asap because the event was that week coming, even though I'd been trying to pay for weeks. On the night of the wedding, pick up of guests went smoothly. However, nearing the end of the night, the bus driver stormed into the venue and spoke to a few guests saying that he was leaving at 11pm "whether people are on the bus or not". Absolutely disgusting. People were already making their way out to the bus anyway, but to be confronted, at what was a happy celebration, by a rude, grumpy, old man who was paid to be there was despicable. The bus was ready to go at 11: 10pm and even when guests were polite, the bus driver was rude in return. I have already told the venue about this incident as they recommended Seymour Coaches to me, and I've advised them not to recommend them in future.
