This place is not bad very colourful lots of items fun and exciting things lots of gadgets but love the handcuffs

I've been there a few times over the years noticing them develop, but more so recently since the huge store is reaching capacity with a very wide range of garments, toys, videos, games and accessories.
I found the female staff easy to talk to about even the most sensual desires l wanted to achieve and valued their own opinions and recomendations.

Natalie was nothing short of amazing. She offered a lot of information and suggestions to my enquiry. Highly recommend.

The service in this store was nothing short of dishonest. My husband purchased a LELO Smart Wand on the 9th of August 2019 - that was faulty from the start. We took it back the next day and was told we were not using it right. We went home recharged it and tried again. The product continually loses power once it touches your skin. We took it back again and demonstrated it and the girl refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong. They had to keep the product and test it in store. They decided again there was nothing wrong with it. We wrote to the manufacturer they said in short that they designed them that way to increase the longevity of the item. However the instructions say just the opposite. The Product is useless, does not hold power and neither the store of manufacturer were interested in any form of customer service. My husband was SOLD into the product saying it had a 10 year warranty. The store blatantly lied, deceived and mislead my husband with this product. NEVER TRUST THE SALES TEAM AT THIS STORE.

Across the Sexyland range, there are a number of high end products but unfortunately there shelves are plagued with below-average toys.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, a wide range of what they have on the web site but not all. Always welcomed with a smile. I do go back a lot
