Terrible service. Doesn’t take eftpos, makes you feel like an inconvenience and easy alter jobs are too hard/complicated for her. Best you don’t do alterations - save yourself the time, go somewhere else.

Our family have been coming here for a long time and always have great services and her tailor skills is the best.

DO NOT GO HERE! Appalling customer service. Walked to the service desk and was yelled at “ what do you want” by little old unhappy woman who obviously no longer likes her job. Didn’t have a chance to even speak as she abruptly interrupted me then started yelling. Horrible customer service, I would give 0 stars but that option wasn’t available.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Yells at customers when she doesn’t understand or hear the name that they’ve given. Incredibly rude.

Very professional work. Took my son's work pants in for repair, should now get another few months out of them.

Just went all the way to Endeavour Hills to pick up a couple of pairs of jeans. The lady was sitting there eating lunch and wouldn't serve me. Probably won't bother going back. Such a shame as I have been going there for years

Highly recommend! My husband got his suit pants altered here. The price and service was fantastic. Located on the mezzanine floor of Endeavour Hills shopping centre.

The new name for this clothing alteration shop should be SEW DISAPPOINTING
we went out of our way to take a school dress in for minor alterations and the rude woman flat out refused to help!
Very unprofessional!
So without a sewing machine or the experience that this person is supposed to have, my wife did it herself!
I strongly suggest going elsewhere!
Or just do it yourself!

Good next day service. Fitting was done properly and adjustments made correctly. Only issue was not told it was cash only until pickup time, small notice on counter in a picture frame stating sorry eftpos machine broken.
