We had a end of year event here. Super disappointed.
The set menu at 122Aud/person with matching wines was very disappointing. While the food was good, the servings were super small, no bread, no olive oil nor butter with just sample sip tasting (not even a full glass of wine, about 30ml of wine for the tasting). Not good value at all! Many better places to go to, we won't recommend it.

Held a hen’s lunch here - Faith and the team were so accomodating and great to work with! Thanks for having us.

Location, layout & size of apartment were great. For the price paid though it would have been nice to have a Brekky hamper or even a small token of complimentary chocolates, fruit or wine provided. We have stayed in lots of places, & even at a cheaper nightly rate there was a complimentary ‘goodies’ or breakfast supplied.
The external surrounds needs a good clean & maintenance.

A complex Shiraz presenting as a much more expensive wine. It is a beautifully crafted wine light on the palate but rewarding in subtle complexity. Highly recommended

Light and airy modern venue with beautiful views. Plus lovely knowledgeable staff and delicious wines. Big fan!

My husband and I got married at Seville Estate in November 2021. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding, with close family in both the homestead and apartments. The venue was lovely all around – the homestead is clean, modern, well-furnished, and nestled in a beautiful native garden with a pool. Family staying in the apartments enjoyed balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a dam and some of the grapevines. The ceremony and reception were also surrounded by Seville Estate’s native garden, and also overlooked rolling hills near Warburton and the Yarra Ranges to the east. The staff were friendly at every point and the food was top-notch. We also took our family there for lunch at one point prior to the wedding and it was an equally pleasant experience with delicious food. We’d warmly recommend Seville Estate for accommodation, events, wine or even just a meal.

They have a great eclectic modern Australian menu with Asian influence, I really enjoyed lunch and their service.

This restaurant was one of the best dining experiences I've had. Their summer series menu was unbelievable, each dish was brought out by the chef that created it and the flavours from each one were absolutely impeccable. The service was authentic and unpretentious, the views from our table were breathtaking and the wine was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back, I hope your team continues doing this!

What a pleasant surprise! Managed to secure an impromptu last minute Sunday lunch booking and it was seriously impressive! Have not dined here before but have enjoyed their wines for a few years now. Their new Summer Series menu is something well worth the trip! No menu to go off of while dining so everything was a surprise and what a surprise indeed! Their gluten free substitutions were very well done as well, did not feel like I was missing out on anything. Too many favorites to name, but also do not want to wreck the surprise element for any new diners. Definitely something to check out, was divine!

We went to seville estate for lunch and everything was immaculate! The views were spectacular and the food was divine. The eating area is seriously gorgeous and looks exactly as it is depicted in the photos. I would definitely recommend eating here!

Stunning! We had a large lunch, 25 guests last year before the lockdown. Food was fabulous and matched wines were perfect. The staff were spot on with everything, particularly dietary requirements. I don’t know how they managed that so effortlessly. They were also warm & friendly. The view is gorgeous & the restaurant, a light and airy, modern chic. Everyone left very impressed & saying they wold be back! We finally got to return, yesterday for our anniversary lunch. 6 courses with matching wines. It was FAULTLESS. Seriously some of the best food we have ever eaten. Bravo to the team and big thanks to Tony for organising us at short notice, with the travel restrictions & in the midst of the power outage. Do yourself a favour - GO

Yarra valley and the Dandenong ranges visit wouldn't be complete without sampling some good wines.

Recommend a visit to award winning Seville Estate where it is not only about the wine tasting but the whole experience from the moment you enter their beautifully landscaped gardens to the seating arrangement overlooking the reservoir and excellent winery service.

The hospitality staffs were welcoming and friendly and made the whole wine tasting experience excellent. The love story behind the establishment is interesting too.

If you are inclined to stay a night or more, they also offer accommodation with swimming pool, and restaurant.

For the restaurant suggest to call and check if there are table available as with covid it could be limited.

We had a family lunch for my husband's 40th birthday at Seville Estate on Saturday and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, including leading up to the event & helped us enjoy a relaxing delicious lunch. Bread was delicious, so too the crumpet with smoke salmon. Great outdoor area, which was good with kids! Our range of dietary requirements were also well catered for without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

As someone who is often bored by standard wine tasting spiels, I can't rate highly enough my appreciation for Ewan's global experience and knowledge he imparted while taking us through the estate and reserve wines. The sharing of industry insights and personal experiences made all the difference to our day of wine tasting and dining at the Seville Estate. I now recommend to all who listen to go on a rainy day and to try and catch Ewan for a fascinating conversation about the wine industry. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience that rainy day, from the beautiful grounds, wine, food and of course the friendly and knowledgeable service.

I have to say, this is in our top top restaurants we have been to across the world. Why? The quality of food matched with the honesty of the wine was perfect. We also stayed onsite in the cutest apartments. Views of the Vinyard, huge ceilings and decking for wines and cheese. Perfect!
But back to the restaurant, just great quality of food not overly complicated and done WELL!

We visited for lunch. The food was good but definitely not what we expected based on what we read before booking. It could be a post-covid re opening issue. The “feed me” menu, which is advertised as 4 or 6 courses per person. We went for the $75 for 4 courses PER PERSON. None of the advertisement information clarified that this is actually 4 courses which are to be SHARED. So you pay 75 per person to share the same plates. The staff also didn’t tell us this either. We were confused so we asked the staff. They said it is “ what they consider to be a degustation by calling it feed me”. If that’s the case, then that needs to be advertised to the guests. Also, we understand that business is stressful after covid, but everything was rushed. Next courses being bought out when we had only just began eating the last one.

No one seemed interested to talk to us about the wines. We weren’t even asked if we wanted the wine pairing. It would have been nice to have some staff with wine knowledge, given the location. I took a while to chose my wine because there was a lot to chose from and I’m not overly familiar with wine. The staff member who looked after us just stood at the table quietly for a few minutes rather than offering advice or suggestions.

Our experience was good, but there are many improvements that could be made.

We didn't have a booking but the staff were nice enough to accommodate us. The service was 5star. Brian looked after us well, he was friendly and professional. And our wine glass was never empty. The wine and cheese quality were at the top! The wine bar with the mountain views felt private and intimate
