Doctor works there is not qualified and she did not even check patients when came to her room, she looks does not care about patients so very bad experience I had there and I couldn’t believe how she was doing health job with no experience to treat and check up patients for my experience I don’t recommend that to any one.

Requested a Doc cert, had to followup.in their system my name and address was spelt wrong and no email address was entered even thou the form was completed! Poor record holding!

Clinic really looks after me and my entire family. Cant fault them, easy to work with and they really hear you out to ensure the best path to better health.

Dr Nadia is very professional, respectful, friendly and welcoming. She explains every aspect of the management plan. She is open to answer any question I have in mind. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr Nadia

Settlement Road Clinic is one that my family and I have been going to for decades now. It’s very clean and professional.

Currently, our general practitioner is Dr Nadia. She is quick to diagnose ailments and is straight forward. Which is exactly what you want in a doctor. No sugar-coating. No time wasting. Very good!

Was A patient of hers for more that 15 years … then one day she just discarded me like I was rubbish … she treated the Argitis family since I had my twins. I regret her ever being my doctor. Disgusting behaviour from. A professional.

I can’t describe how much dr Nadia has helped me the last 10yrs. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I would be without her. I’m 62yrs old & after a seperation a had a nervous breakdown which caused rheumatoid arithritis from stress. Then 2 yrs later I was diagnosed with denegerstive stenosis of the spine & the last 5yrs with fibromaglia. Due to all the chronic pain she was the only dr to save me by arranging the right medication, the right specialists & all pain management. She has so much compassion & empathy when other dr’s are too afraid to prescribe meds due to their license. I basically believe she has saved me from coping with all the suffering. I would recommend her any day cause when other dr’s aren’t willing to help she will. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I went with Dr Nadia because I saw on hotdoc that she deals with pregnancy a lot. Her bedside manner is short and dismissive. She doesn't seem to write notes, and asks the same thing every appointment. She referred me to the hospital as 'shared care' after I specifically requested midwife care (luckily I was able to ring the hospital to get them to change it). She seems to get annoyed when you ask questions. Over all she did all the bare minimum of tests and question answering I guess, but I'm not going to return.

I am a patient of Dr. Sam and I am very happy with his knowledge, solutions and help. He is a really good doctor. Receptionists are also kind and understanding. I recommend this clinic.

Just tried to make an appointment. Rang at 5: 15 pm. They were closed, even though their phone message said they were open until 6 pm.

Dr Nadia would have to be one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. When I went in, she was dismissive and incredibly rude and judgemental. She was rough with me even though I told her I was in pain. Before I left my appointment I asked whether I would be contacted with results or if I had to follow up - she told me I would get a call. I didn’t get any call so when I followed up with reception they told me it is up to the patient to call. It got even worse when I spoke to her about my results from 3 different tests I had done. She told me she couldn’t remember what we had spoken about during my appointment and what she told me about the issue I was having. This tells me that she clearly didn’t take any notes. Fast forward to today when I receive a notification that my results came in. Confused, I called reception and was extremely frustrated and surprised to hear that all of my results had not come in as Dr Nadia told me and I had to book another appointment to discuss these results that had just come in. It has been such an awful experience at Settlement Rd Clinic and I will never be returning. Dr Nadia is a disgrace especially during a vulnerable time when I needed some positivity and clarity.

I saw Dr Nadia today and I must say her bedside manners were extremely lacking. I'd only wished I had read these reviews before I went. She must be great for ongoing patients but new ones she is rude and not at all kind. She dismissed my mental health which was why I was there in the first place and she made me feel worse. I left the clinic in tears. Staff seemed nice but I would not see Dr Nadia again.

My wife has went here a couple of times and has to wait over an hour for her scheduled appointment. Never is busy.
Staff seem nice, but I would suggest book an appointment half an hour to an hour before you want it.

Dr Nadia has been my family's GP for 5+ years and is consistently respectful, thorough and caring. My family and I are extremely appreciative of her efforts to go above and beyond. I highly recommend her services

I highly recommend Dr. Sam Hermiz and all the nurses that work here are wonderful as well. Ive had a hard time finding a good doctor but couldn't be happier with Dr. Hermiz. Only gave 4 stars because there is a very rude lady at the front desk who has been rude on many occasions. She even hung up the phone on me just because my children were being loud in the background, but I wont let a grumpy woman stop me from seeing a fantastic doctor!

I have seen Dr Nadia Mahdi many many times, not only is she professional at her job but she is thorough in making sure all my medical concerns are understood and resolved. She also makes the clinic a safe space with her positive energy. I highly recommend her.

This clinic has a variety of services all in one place all staff and Doctors are wonderful there. Our family sees Dr Nadia Mahdi the most amazing doctor we have ever seen highly recommend her very professional, knowledgeable and thorough thank for the fantastic work always

Our family doctor for over a decade. Everything you need in one place, my 3 kids and I go there for GP, Dentist and pathology. Everyone is lovely; great nurses, receptionists and doctors, we have been seen by all the doctors at some point. Dr Nadia has been our doctor for the past 2 years and we can't praise her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at answering any of your medical concerns. She really takes the time to listen to you. We highly recommend Dr Nadia, it's so easy to book via the Hot Doc App or just call reception.
