Very Poor customer Service.
No communication at all
They did not pick up our calls and not bothered to call back. They did not disclose the details about the property we bought as there was no comunication. The property we bought was disputed and We were completely unaware about it till the date of settlement. Settlement was not even on time. I do not recommend their services at all. Even we tried to contact them in the office. We did not even find their office in Hoppers crossings at the address mentioned in their emails. Totally Dissapointing.

I wouldn't recommend Settlement Partners to anyone. I was dealing with Raman and majority of the time his response to my questions was simply yes or no, he doesn't like to explain things in detail. Further, I was charged more for the stamp duty because they didn't do their research properly and were not up-to-date with the current prices even after I asked them number of times about the discounts available and adversited on SRO webpage. If I hadn't done my research then the money was just gonna end up in their pocket. Post settlement, they also stopped replying to my queries. Overall a bad experience.

These guys provided conyancing services for my first home purchase and i can vouch for them. My conveyancer was Raman and he is very professional, experienced and has held my hands as a first home buyer navigating the tight market and all my annoying questions.he is always reachable and responsive.thanks once again guys.
