Sette Bello Restaurant

Service and atmosphere very nice, but food was very average. Steak and lamb are so dry, my cooking is even better than this. Sauce coming with the steak was so salty, I could not believe this was made from a chef. Salad are all very rough, still, even my home made one would be so much better than this. Desserts also not nice, no one in our group finished it. Not recommend for a fine dining option

Lunch at Sette Bello was a great choice. The Christmas menu had enough dishes to cater for everyone’s taste with prosecco being an ideal tipple for a Christmas toast. The service was attentive and friendly with our meals arriving in a timely manner. Our choices were delicious and full of flavour. The arancini balls that came with our bread rolls were a tasty surprise and a nice touch. The eye fillet was perfectly cooked. Salt and pepper calamari and seafood risotto were delicious.

So fortunate to experience a wonderful work Christmas celebration at Sette Bello! Excellent service and attention to detail. Vladimir did an excellent job overseeing the event.

I finally went to this restaurant after my friend who went with my family last time said it was great but frankly i was very disappointed.

We walked in and my friend said we had a booking, the older staff member said for how many and she said two. The younger staff intercepted and said they already have a booking.

I think it just spiral downhill from there. The older staff member took us to our table, took out the seat for my friend but left me to pull out my seat. Whether it was because she was a woman, i thought wow.

I had to call young staff member over to order our drinks and then the older staff member came after we signal to come over to order and did not mention the specials yet mention it to every other diner adjacent to us. I had to ask him to consider it.

When we received the meal, we both tried to get the older staff member attention yet failed so i had to go over and ask the younger staff member to come over to fulfill my request.

Its makes me wonder because my friend and I were dressed casually in comparison to other diners who were more well dressed that we didnt deserve to get the same attention.

After we finish the meal, we decided to leave as it got too noisy in there and we knew if we were going to be attended to before, we have no such chance being busy.

Good points, the bread rolls were yummy and so were the mocktails. The young waitress gave me another bread roll, which i was really thankful.

Honestly, the service was quite average and the older staff member either needs to get some situational awareness training or apply elsewhere that is not hospitality. I work hard just to dine in somewhere fancy but need to get the service i paid for.

Truly wonderful! Sorry - deleted my photos. Food is delicious and well prepared. A bit pricey, but not the worst. Gnocchi is among the best we've had. Steaks cooked to perfection. Lovely desserts. Gets busy, so need to book.

Had a work function and the food was great I had the steak and oysters with creme brulee for dessert. Steak cooked to my liking and oysters was awesome. My colleagues had the calamari which they said was fantastic.

Our third time here - this time for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner for two!
The service - always impeccable, our meals & the ambience - did not disappoint, couldn’t fault anything…
Our meals were deliziosi, everything was cooked to perfection, soft, tender, moist, fresh & flavoursome.
Dessert was buonissimo.
Very high standards all round!

Service was friendly. We loved all our dishes as well as the wine. Seafood risotto was the highlight for me. Pricier than usual, but it was worth it.

Amazing passionfruit cocktail! Beautiful tasty entres of stuffed zucchini flowers and calamari. We all enjoyed our seafood mains too. I love thier Tiramisu, but we all too full this visit. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Hidden away restaurant and the ambience is good as well as service but we found that all 3 mains we ordered were quite salty. I don't know if it's just our taste but was significantly saltier than our usual experience at Italian places.

OMG, I've frequent this restaurant a few time over a large space of time and it never ever DISAPPOINTS, the food is magnificent, thank you chefs, the waitress are wonderful I was in a table of 12 people last night and we all got the food we ordered without being asked.who ordered? Always been a lovely place to dine over the years. Food has always been delicious and the drinks to match. Love the staff here who are friendly and efficient.

Went here for one of our date nights. Excellent food and drinks, friendly service, a definite MUST TRY!

Shared lunch here with family and the food was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the salt and lemon pepper calamari and the tortellini looked great too.
The wait staff, particularly Anton, were great.
Highly recommended.

Quite disappointed meals were overly priced for what they offer- i ordered a seafood pasta dish which contained only 2 prawns and the rest pasta.dessert was disappointing the "italian donuts" tasted stale to be quite honest and definitely not the way the waitress had described them. There was paper on the tables as opposed to "white table cloths" as described on their website so really not the "classy" look they try to display.

We had our Valentine's day dinner here yesterday. Left feeling extremely satisfied and full. Well worth the price for just the food alone. To add, the service was fantastic. Have already recommended to friends and told my partner I'd love to come back again.
