Very busy this morning with back to school kids fittings but even with several customers filling the store I still received friendly helpful service to ensure I got the right fit

Not recommended. Terrible service. Staff is so rude. Prices are much higher than normal. Quality is not up to standard.

Best quality shoes around. Their never meet a foot they couldn't fit, pleasure to shop at this store

I contacted the store to purchase some crocs for my daughter. I received the best customer service. On the phone help for sizing then I purchased online. I highly recommend this shop to everyone, customer service like no other and received my order in 3 business days.

Had such a helpful experience today after my shoe fell apart on my way to work. Quickly made my way down the street and was let in early just as they were opening. Male shop assistant was brilliant and friendly in helping my find new shoes for work! Highly recommend!

Personable attentive service from experienced staff, that know their products. I walked in with my 12yr old nephew to have fitted out for dress shoes to accompany a groomsman outfit. It took all of about 10mins, we were done and at the counter, where I asked for a belt, and was offered an adjustable black leather, which was perfect for my nephew. This is the second time I’ve been and purchased shoes from this shoe store, and with this warm, intuitive service I will keep returning

A bit expensive with school shoes but otherwise, very good pricing and is in prime location and is clean too. This is the only place you can get school shoes for Werribee Secondary College because you could either get foot problems or get a detention so this is a must go!

Absolutely terrible. Visited Werribee plaza, which the staff were unhelpful at best. They did not have the shoes I was after, so I purchased online.

My card was deemed suspicious, my money was taken, and it was left up to me to find out why.

I spoke with Shoex, who then advised me that the shoes I purchased online, they did not have.

Overall and absolute waste of my time. I do not ever leave reviews, but necessary given its 2019 and purchasing a pair of shoes should not be this hard.

They fit a lot of shoes in a small space! I think that it is a family run store, their knowledge of shoes is solid and they work to get the right shoe not just a big sale. We have purchased school shoes here for the past two years and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic shoe store, would recommended it to anyone, the staff are very helpful, knowledgably. It's one of those special businesses where the whole family are involved. So many people I know go their for school shoes, runners, women's shoes etc. They always make sure the kids school shoes last the year with fit etc.
Also with Rushford's the school uniform store across the road Sesto's is the place to go for school shoes. Keep up the great work guys your a winner.

Says closes at 6pm, i just drove all the way out here and got turned away at 5: 28pm saying that they were closed but forgot to lock the door. NOT HAPPY! Wasted time for me to drive here from Altona

Very friendly staff who took the time to measure my son's feet and fit some great trainers. They interacted brilliantly with him and made buying shoes for an inquisitive toddler easy and fun. Thank you.
