Daughter goes here, she loves it and she’s always doing something exciting. Educators keep parents up to date through an app, very helpful as sometimes hand over at the end of the day is crazy and busy.

Amazing centre with lovely staff. The best place for your children to improve their skills.

Love love love love this centre. The ladies here are more like a family. The care they give my kids over the past few years has been amazing and they have been able to such an incredible help my kids and I in so many ways. Honestly highly recommend Sesame Kid’s. Thank you for taking the time and care with each of my kids and making them enjoy going to day care and kinder. We love the group size’s, the activities, the extra classes like music and sport and we absolutely love how diverse the kids and teachers are. You guys have helped opened my eyes to new things around the world and in their our backyard. Keep up the amazing work

Such a positive atmosphere for the kids you really feel the overall changes and having the new owner on site to approach it great of u need any further assistance. Iv found my child coming home with all these new things she has learnt daily. As a parent iv been to another day previously and I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic improvements that have made to the centre and my child's overall learning. I feel happy and safe sending her there.

Amazing centre and extremely lovely employees. My little girls been going since she was 1 year old. The centres structure of a daycare and now ECKA has helped my daughter transition through each developmental stage that has prepared her for Prep this year. It's very helpful to have 4 year old kinder and the ability to use their daycare services for parents and caregivers to work or study without needing to find other services or family to watch your child.
Sesame Kids has became a second family to us, they're absolutely fantastic!

My child has loved attending this daycare and have a lovely range of staff and i have seen some development in my child since attending.

Unfortuantly there is VERY little detail handed over to parents at the end of the day. Unless specifically asking for any details, nothing is given.

Also very scares on the financial side and can be given the wrong information ALOT.

Overall, very much a CHILD care center and needs to work on communication & information.

We absolutely love Sesame Kids, my child has attended the centre for years and has been kicking goals ever since. Loves attending the centre, the carers and the kids.
When choosing a centre it was instant, we felt at home, to the point where my child wanted to stay all day before she had even started!
My child has now reached school age, and misses seeing the Sesame Team, as do I <3 I am a little sad not to see the faces on the regular anymore due to it being our first year of prep.

Educators are amazing but the management is appalling; beware of their four week exit notice, how hard it seemed to be to get the deposit back on exit, and they wont pick up the phone again after you're enrolled.

We had our little one here from about 18 months of age till about 3. Great facilities, always clean and tidy. But very poor management, ran as a business not as a care service. Tried screwing the system a number of times. Staff can't really control children, and we left because of safety concerns and lack of variety for the kids, not to mention that there seemed to be no staff trained in education, so no real ideas about children with special needs, ASD, sensory issues etc.they claim they are special needs specialists.ummm?

My experience with sesame kids is nothing but top notch. I have 3 kids 5,3and 1 in age and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend centre if you are looking for a place for your kids

Just Amazing, Throughout Covid no other centre would take our enrolment, The centre director Liana is absolutely amazing and all the educators care about my child. The centre is more family orientated than ran like a Corporate Buisness. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.

After working across the early years industry for 25 years I have had experienced in a diverse background of services including leadership, sessional teaching and long day care. I have had the pleasure of working along side and mentoring some of Sesame Kids Leadership Team and I am always in awe of the professionalism and passion that radiates from all the wonderful team at Sesame kids! Mageda the owner is so family orientated and supportive of all people who enter her learning community. This service second to none and I’m very proud to be apart of the sesame kids team.

This has been the only centre in Ballarat that has been able to provide adequate care to my ASD child. Management has been more than accommodating to my childs needs and seems to understand first hand about capacity building and supports. After trying other centres in the area, I am confident that all of my childs needs are finally being met. Highly recommend.

My experience with the staff at Sesame Kids has been exceptionally fantastic. The care support commitment help open communication between myself and staff have been absolutely amazing. The rooms center yard are always well maintained clean safe. This center is also very community driven as they are always doing something to give back from the food donations etc.
My children whom went here always came home telling me all about the things they learnt discovered explored. Especially loved how the children's art work was on display and loved how the children always pointed out what they did and what they learnt. My children's speech reading writting skills have improved immensely through the support and guidance the staff have provided. I would like to thank all the staff at this center as they are all amazing exceptional professional caring supportive. I myself would definitely highly recommend this center.

Highly would recommend Sesame kids to anyone looking for a daycare/kinder.
It's a very welcoming centre, always clean & staff are all very friendly.
My daughter absolutely loves the kinder program which makes it so much easier with such a loving/caring and passionate kinder teacher Tina.
Maz the owner is lovely if you ever have any issues she fixes it up asap.
It's been the best 2 years that my daughter has been there will be sad to say goodbye at the end of year for school.

We entered this facility and right from the start were treated with nothing but respect.
Our child needed extra support to get ready for school and I have a high belief that the staff and center have provided this over the past amount of time. We are so thankful for the outstanding support and professionalism that has been shown not only to our son but to ourselves. Cant give them enough stars.

My child has been attending this centre for over a year now and I could not recommend this centre more. Our son has additional needs and after having to move from another centre, the educators and management here have been fantastic at working with him and us and he is thriving. We would highly recommend.

Liana is always excellent with my children. The quality of care is outstanding. I have recommended my friends to send their children here. 10/10

Staff are all so nice and professional, my wife is expecting in 4weeks. Planing ahead for care. This is definitely the place I feel comfortable leaving my child. I like the idea that it’s a family Run centre.

Cannot recommend Sesame Kids highly enough! Absolutely incredible staff who go above and beyond for all the little people in their care. After having issues in a previous daycare and having one of my little ones who hated going into care she now cannot wait to go to daycare and asks everyday if she can go. Incredibly inclusive for children with a range of needs. So glad to have found such a fantastic place to send my 3 little ones! To the amazing team at Sesame kids, THANKYOU for the absolutely amazing work that you have and continue to do!
