Service Central

I got a call from a woman on the phone who was hard to understand. She never identified what company she was from (I noticed on the email they were from Malaysia), only that her client was looking for a handyman & gave little detail about the job. I agreed to accept an email with some job details but was sent an email saying that I had accepted a job, which I had not. They way they dealt with me was very deceptive & I would never use a company like them. I recommend both customers & trades do not use them.

Service Central, is the worst job site I have ever dealt with. It’s not the trades people it is actually the organisation service Central. They don’t have a professional phone service they don’t confirm things in writing and they do not get back To you.
All they are interested in is taking your money.

They do not return your calls if you have a problem with a trademan. Do not use this service. Tradesan came took my money did not fix the problem and then was uncontactable. Have tried to call service central 4 times, just Overseas phone operators taking my number saying some in will call. Noone calls. Very DODGY

I have been using Service Central for several years and am very happy with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They just make things so much easier.

Dont sign up as a Tradesman, I signed up for 6 months thinking it was going to be exactly what the overseas caller had told me "a surplus of jobs" in your field (electrician). Instead it was actually a lack of jobs, I called up and complained but they didn't really do anything they just kept saying the jobs would pick up, they it never did.experience has left a sour taste in my mouth

ALL TRADES! Be aware from this unreliable disgusting service.do not trust this service. You may have a chance to win if you go to a pokey and play gamble with your money but not here. They simply charge you at the front and offer you almost nothing nothing.sham on you

Useless 5 years paid 2000 done 2 jobs call them no answer email still waiting leads mostly false leads be aware stay away wasste time and money

I was a supplier on Service Central, they were very good at the beginning, i got lots of jobs and made money from the services, but as usual they soon became greedy and didn't realize what is really happening in the real world. All they saw is how to make money from my possible future jobs, to join them now costs $6000.00 a year and that's at the lower end of the scale

Save yourself the loss of time and money, no good tradies will work for these guys anymore, I talk to many tradies on site that say they are shonks, I got ripped just like many many other. There are other good companies who do lead service and the good tradies have gone over there, try Hipages, Service Seeking ect they are much better.
If you do your research, the head of Service Central was a cleaner, not a tradie, and not a professional in anyway.
