I was able to contact and get information on my blog files, after being dormmate for a little bit. My only draw back was the fee to recover my files. The fee was more than I would like, but affordable, so that I can recover my files. This is good business.

After working with them, I am very satisfied, with their customer service, and would do business with them again. My original review was a four star, but now I am pleased to change that to a five star. Customer Service was excellent. I would recommend.

Initially I was not impressed as it's hard to get hold of anyone on the phone. After working with them more often I have realised it's better to email them instead and request a call back with your issue and they usually call you back within the day.
