2I highly recommend serenity yoga to people of all ages and fitness levels.theres something for everyone with physical practice and easy to follow meditations. Bernadette is extremely knowledgeable and has been teaching for many years and her classes are always planned specifically each week so you never get bored doing the same things and it always feels like a lot of effort goes into giving clients a great experience and wonderful value for money. The environment Bernadette creates is one of peace and relaxation but is also welcoming and inviting for all. Highly recommend to all!
