I walked in to this makeup place not knowing what to get my wife for our anniversary, Jada was very helpful and took her time showing me the different products.i settled on a fragrance, she took her time and was very patient with me (i know nothing about makeup or perfumes) Amazing customer service and my wife loved her gift!

This place is one of the best sephoras ive been to. There was this really nice lady that helped me at the registers named Narelle. Im defanetly coming back here soon!

Need more stuff. I picked up a lot of products, went to pay, and nobody was at the register. I waited 10 minutes and then called stuff that was doing the stock to come and help. She was surprised that nobody was there to help and couldn't find anyone to serve, so she did it herself.

Had the displeasure of being served by the manager with the curly blonde her, she said her name was fuila but when i checked with staff it was juilia and she lied knowing I would be complaining.
I came in already having had a refund approved online and just to bring it in. At first i was told it would be a store credit and then was put onto julia for a money refund. She initially declined my resonable request and when I advised her of my Australian consumer law rights she said not to be aggressive. I never shouted, was very polite and respectful and she never was. I asked how she thought I was being aggressive all things considered and she said it was because I brought up my legal rights. I explained this isn’t aggressive I am just standing up for my legal rights. She eventually processed the refund after making me wait for other customers to be served when I was waiting first because they have 1 till. Julia was unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude. She doesn’t have any appreciation for her job or customers and shouldn’t be a manager who people look up to as she isn’t equipped at performing her job without a bad attitude.

Disgusting service
I have been going to the Doncaster Sephora store since it has opened, and I have been a gold member and I have never had any issues with any of the staff and the service. But there has always been a problem with one of the managers named narelle or norelle. I went in to exchange a tarte concealer I bought the day before because it was faulty. She asked me if I had a receipt and I told her it’s on the system and she looked at me in a weird way like why would I not have the receipt if I bought it the day before, I told her I’m a regular and every time I come in her service is not nice towards me.
Narelle was very rude to me and I kindly told her I was feeling uncomfortable and she proceeded to be rude to me and used reverse psychology when she saw other staff member and said exactly the same feelings I told her and she said I’m Making her feel uncomfortable and I’m always rude to her. I have never experienced this customer service anywhere at Sephora. I’m still in total shock, all the other girls are amazing there and the best service was your previous manager Tony, I love going into Sephora but this customer service is not fair especially to a regular customer. I still can’t believe she repeated my words to remove herself from the situation.

Great service and lovely staff. After a long day of being in the hospital with my partner, I was dressed in comfortable clothes, most other stores I was looked at a bit funny and sales people were really judgemental. No issues at Sephora, A+ service!

Normally I am disappointed with the service here compared with Mecca. However, today I had the best time with the lovely new staff member named Caity! She helped me select some of my bridal makeup pieces and she did a great job. She was super friendly, had a great grasp of colour matching and trends and she listened to what I wanted! I found my perfect bridal lippie thanks to her testing 100 in the shade range I liked! Haha thanks so much

I walked into the Doncaster Sephora store hoping to get a sample of Estée Lauder foundation and I wanted to colour match with my Nars foundation. One of the older sales staff there acted like she doesn’t even know Sephora has the find our match option and was really racist. She even mentioned that she doesn’t know what Nars is never going back to that store again

I’m not usually one to leave a review but today a store worker rudely came up to me and ACUSED ME OF STEALING! She said I saw you on the camera loudly in front of everyone I the store. When I had in fact dropped something and put it back on the shelf. When I approached the manager about this she made an excuse and noted the store had a lot of items stolen recently. Appalling behaviour I feel so disrespected. Perhaps have more workers on the floor rather than making up what they see on the cameras.

Would be nice of anyone in the store worked or helped out. Nobody at all came up to me to ask if I needed assistance to busy talking to each other and on their phones.

Extremely rude employees. I am so disgusted by the way I was greeted, “Ni Hao” said by a white guy, like was that really necessary? I’m not even Chinese. It was just uninviting made me feel judged and uncomfortable.

Rude behaviour to my daughter. The male who works there was very rude and offered no assistance other than “nope, try on line”, and then just marched off to fill a shelf. Good news was we walked straight out and up to Mecca and got what she was after, easy fix, manners cost nothing

To inform the head office of Sephora and other public visitor to this shop. Iwas witnesse appalling behaviour by Sephora store managment "Tony" and staff and his use of uneducated language towards a customer. Myself and people around watching the situation and hearing the unprofessional behaviour and manner of the store managment. Just heads up for this store as they might get very aggressive.

Never greeted and not one staff is ever keen to help, despite there being so many in the floor.
When asked if a foundation was long wearing, the SA said “whatever it says there in the label”. Thanks.

Customer services really good. The worker take time to found the right foundation colour for me it felt great to see the worker trying the best to help me
And love how they also give free advice on my skin care it really help me a lot

I went in to look for a Sephora brand lip gloss and had trouble finding it in the Sephora makeup section. It was not busy. I then asked someone for help and she was completely uninterested in showing me where to find the item when I told her I couldn’t see it in that section. I then asked if someone else could direct me there and she said yes but didn’t ask any other staff on my behalf. I went to find another girl instead who was kind and helpful, but I was really disappointed and left with a bad impression of the store and brand.

I think even one star is being generous. When I walked in, I was barely even acknowledged and spent 10 minutes trying to chase someone up to ask about an eyeliner. Trying to talk to staff members made me feel like it was a huge chore for them to help out.

The worst part was checking out at the counter - I was interrupted mid check out as the lady serving me stopped, and moved away to another customer!? Then she was replaced by a man who was nothing short of incredibly rude and condescending.

I would save my business for people who have more respect, and I would strongly suggest some more training on how to treat customers. Absolutely disgraceful.
