Olivia @ the Highpoint store was simply fantastic this afternoon. She was caring, attentive, and helped a male who needed it.after MYER staff were rude and uninterested. Highly recommended for women AND men!
Today my daughter and a few of her friends had a day of shopping, and of course, ran to Sephora as they have been excited to make some new purchases.
However, since spending a small fortune in there today, they all left feeling horrible as they were falsely accused of stealing. My daughter even overheard a staff member say out loud to another member of staff (these girls look like they might steal something!)
Your lady security guard came over to them and made up some story of apparently there are young girls wearing grey hoodies stealing things up their sleeves. That "security guard " then proceeded to touch up their arms and go through their personal belongings and continued to question everything in my daughters bag. Even things that Sephora don't even sell!
Safe to say, my daughter and her friends were extremely embarrassed and upset by the horrible unjustified actions of that 'so-called security. I can see a few other comments about this women by other customers on this thread.
Unless you have solid proof of my girls stealing, then you get security to call me, and I'll very much happy for them to suffer the consequences. But if you ever lay a hand on my girls again for no reason at all, you will have to deal with me.
I take pride in my daughter and who she hangs out with, and they are no thieves!
Also. Make sure your staff get a serious attitude check.

Been a Sephora member for years, purchase many products online however every time I go into the highpoint store I’m completely ignored! Every time I go in it’s early in the morning so not busy, but they’re so rude! It appears I’m not the only one who had experienced this! The one time I was served I was made to feel like I had no experience in putting make up on (have been wearing high end make up for 30 years) and wanted to purchase many products but all out of stock
Do better highpoint, my money will be going elsewhere
I go to both Mecca and Sephora. I can truly say the customer service and work culture in Mecca is vastly superior. As some products are not available in at Mecca. Unfortunately, everytime I go to Sephora I am ignored by the sales associates, think they are superior to the customers, and are always talking amongst themselves or choose to run away from you when you want to ask them about a question. I have to buy products through trial and error, so I end up going back to either look for an alternative product or get credit and not a refund. For the amount I spend I would expect impeccable customer service.
Please do not reply with we are internally looking at it, thus far it has not changed. Maybe, send different secret shoppers from your company dressed like a regular customer a couple of times to see this first hand and do it on an ongoing basis.

Keep waiting for the staffs for more than 15 minutes but no one came. Found the staffs there are of no help at all.
I’ve been a big shopper for Sephora but the customer service at high point is astonishingly bad, not a single helpful person and all judgement, I’ll stick to online after that.
The staff here act like helping customers is the worst thing possible. After finally flagging down a staff member, I asked for help only to receive an eye-roll and a "if it's not in the drawers, it's sold out", no attempt to actually look for the product or suggest an alternative. This happens so often that I end up walking out and going to Mecca instead!
I find that I rarely ever get good customer service in Highpoint and rarely do I leave reviews however, I have to commend the staff at the Sephora here. I have had so many great experiences here that it’s worth sharing. Every time I come in, I am always met with such enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine desire to help. They take the time to get to know my personal preferences so they can recommend great products and they are always spot on. This is my go-to Sephora and I hope they keep up the great service! A big thank you to them!
Jasmine in the skincare section was so sweet and helpful and Yamna in the makeup section was very nice and attentive and spent a lot of time helping us. Amazing customer service from both ladies.
The staff is unfriendly; the service is generally pretty terrible. It's impossible to feel comfortable in Sephora.
Never usually post reviews but went to go into Sephora- it was quiet and hardly anyone in the store and the security quickly pulled a rope over the entrance whilst looking at me and not offering an explanation.definitely makes me want to spend my money elsewhere
Don’t bother coming here. Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. No one smiles. No one looks at you. No one offers assistance. Never coming here again.
The staff here are so rude and judgement for no reason, always have given me such bad energy. Only had one positive interaction and it was with one of the male workers.
A few of the staff were quite helpful in finding the right products, however there were a group of 6-7 girls all sitting together at the makeup mirror stations doing their own makeup, and chatting and laughing loudly amongst themselves. Truly shows the unprofessionalism of some of the employees there. Not quite impressed.
The workers at sephora failed to help me choose a skin tint.i asked the worker for some help and she simply walked away and asked someone else to help me.she then grabbed the shades and basically made me do the work and figure out my own skin shade, mind u i have never colour matched.i expected the worker to give me her opinions on the shade and help me with the application but instead she did not.
Never the sort of person to leave reviews to be honest. 18/01/23 around 5pm. The security guard within the location was extremely rude to multiple people within the store. Wont be returning here as there was unnecessary rudeness from this man.
Very limited staff. Picking up trash, doing odd things and not offering assistance - for the very few working staff.
Awesome range of beauty products for face, body, hair.famous brands, iconic, medicinal, curative and a price point for everyone.
