Seoul Garden KBBQ Buffet - Highpoint

Would not recommend this place at all. Overpriced, “clean” plates were dirty, meat was frozen and tasteless. Food had hair in it

Was excited to come here to try all the different foods in the buffet, and all the ice cream flavours, but when I grabbed a plate I noticed they where all dirty, every plate and cutlery look liked the been rinsed with water only, most of the food was empty and the food was average at best, no ice cream in the dessert buffet, asked and they ran out, the Tim tams where good, not worth the money.

Fairly average for the price.all the hot food in the buffet is not hot unless you can grab some while it's fresh. Seafood was absolutely disgusting, must of been frozen beforehand, had absolutely no flavour. Meat cuts seem ok but not a lot of flavour in them either. Overall, wouldn't bother going back for the price.

I made a reservation for a birthday celebration a week in advance on the 15/01, confirming details and an increased guest count on the day (Total of 13 guests). Despite multiple phone confirmations, upon arrival, the staff couldn't seem to locate my booking, causing stress and delays. I had even had the staff confirm the restaurant’s contact number and presented my call log as well. We eventually got seated due to a few tables freeing up slowy but the lack of empathy and reassurance reflected poorly on the customer service provided as this was our first time here. Overall, whilst we did enjoy some of the food, our much-anticipated visit fell short of expectations, and impacted our surprise birthday dinner for our manager.

Great value, amazing food. Quality/ vareity of the meat was exemplary. Desserts were a bit average, but pretty goof considering the price point. Service was also great, with servers being quite attentive and food refilled regularly.

Will definitely be back!

Food was good. Staff needs more training. I understand that there is a time limit for every seating but staff should let us know ahead of time when one is getting close to the time alloted. What happened to us was a staff came to us telling that our time is up & if we don’t leave we will be charged extra. Some of us still had food in our plates! So what do we do… leave with unfinished meal. Since they were monitoring our time, would have appreciated if they came up 15 mins before our time was up so we can finish with what we have instead of coming up to us telling us we have to leave or be charged extra. My 2 year old granddaughter was still having her ice cream & was upset coz we had to leave in a hurry. 3 staff were all telling us our time was up. How rude I think! I even offered to settle the bill but to just let my granddaughter finish her ice cream at least.

So much on offer- the BBQ meats were the fave- ultra delicious and included wagyu, lamb cutlets, LA Ribs and all the favourites! They even had extensive seafood, KFC, fried Banchan, Korean side dishes, sushi, Hot food, hot pots, instant noodles machine, Limited desserts including ice cream and fruits too. Plenty of seating- great for big parties and families- excellent addition to the Highpoint precinct- so so full. #foodcoma

Seems to be less things here compared to docklands though. Some of the hot food was less impressive, but overall a nice spot for those in the inner west!

Great value for money and amazing ingredients which are rare for all you can eat Korean bbq
