I had an amazing experience at the Sens massage with Cathy! Her neck, shoulder, and back massage was fantastic, and it left me feeling incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend it!

This is the fourth time I have been here, and I am very dissatisfied today!
All the previous buttons are OK, and I added time. As a result, because a new customer came later, saying that the new customer was already waiting, other employees came to urge my masseur to finish. My masseuse said she would arrive in a minute, and it felt very rushed when it ended anyway.
I'm still being served, as a guest I don't really need to hear that, it's a poor experience. And if it is so clear, should you deduct the time for you to pay the bill for the previous customer and chat with those two customers from my massage time? This time it ended in a hurry, and there was no knocking to appease me. It really made me dizzy when I went out, and I will not come again.

This was single most amazing and relaxing massage I have ever had. Temperature was perfect, hot towels and stones (?) on your back. Had back, shoulders, head, arms (? - I was just so comfortable. Will definitely go back and would recommend. Like to try feet too ️

I have the best 40 min massage today! The usual place I go to for a massage can't accommodate me so I had to find a new one. I rarely go to other places for a massage as it's always hit and miss. I'm glad I did today. I had neck, back and shoulder massage with oil and hot stone for 40min. I always choose medium massage but Anny didn't ask me what I like. I'm happy that she didn't ask me because her massage pressure was perfect! She knows where to put more pressure and where she has to be soft. I will definitely go back and have another go. If only I am not going to be late at work, I would have extended. Thank you Anny! See you again next time. ️

Subjective rating, but i always have a fantastic experience here.the prices are fair and the service is excellent.if you're big or small, they have someone who can cater to you.

I came here today for a 70 min massage for 100 dollars that went for 58 minutes was suppose to be a whole body with hot stones
the massage was average at best the last 10 minutes was a 1 handed head massage that was more frustrating then relaxing the hot stones lasted about 30 seconds
all up I walked out feeling less relaxed before I walked in and 100 dollars down ‍️

They had a loyalty system in place and “reset” everything to 0 with a new loyalty card. So all your previous visits don’t count. Return customers can avoid this place - unethical practice of the loyalty credits

Absolutely never going back again. It used to be a great place but they have dropped their level to complete incompetency. I requested a 40mon back and leg massage and got a 40 min shoulder massage that left my neck with nerve damage. If you value your body and professionalism please avoid this place. Their staff are trained via YouTube videos and have zero qualifications which is evident by the neck injury I received during the massage. Avoid at all costs!

Agree, hit and miss.
Wanted the stiffness in my shoulder blades released - came out worse off and cupping circles all over my back. The cupping exercised without my consent "free sample, he say's"
Watch out as some staff like to sting you for extra costs without your consent eg. Cupping.
