I contacted SBR Real Estate to request a quote for property management. The call was answered by Trent and I provided my details and he advised that Tess will call me back.

This is the interesting part. I never received such a call back. Instead, Trent decided to visit the tenanted property at his own leisure and without my knowledge or even communicated this with me. I received a call from the current agent of the situation. This is such appalling and inappropriate behavior.

Telling fibs and poor communication, I could only imagine how this organisation works.
