Selbys Blinds did a great job on my home. Michelle gave me excellent guidance in choosing colours, patterns and materials for my awnings and the final result perfectly complements the look of my home exterior. Absolutely delighted. Highly recommended.

Second time I’ve used selbys and the service has deteriorated beyond compare. We needed shutters and blinds for our entire house. Quote process was excellent but we were treated like an inconvenience when our availability for installation didn’t suit. This was over Christmas so understandably a busy time of year. Installer showed up exhausted and continuously paused the job to take phone calls, forcing the install to be finished in a rush. We have been left with blinds that don’t hang straight, and when followed up with selbys the after install support was extremely poor (turned up without arranging a time, begrudgingly adjusted one of the 5 blinds that hangs crooked and left expecting payment). I’m now forced to have the blinds straightened at my own expense.
We have had problems with the shutters from the day they were installed. This has been explained as an issue with the batch of shutters that was sent by the manufacturer. Overall a poor experience we are reminded of when utilising our blinds and shutters day by day.

Selbys Blinds supplied our Plantation Shutters for the entire house and they are beautiful! Thank you Michelle for all your wonderful advice and colour recommendations. Customer service was A+. We would highly recommend Selbys Blinds.

Selbys Blinds have installed a total of 5 Ziptrak blinds on 2 separate occasions & did it on time, no hidden extra charges & in a professional friendly way.
This company responded to my first enquiries within hours not days or weeks.
I have only praise for the initial contact by Michelle with sample selection & information on the Ziptrak, first & final measuring, fitting, installation, workmanship & turning up in the appointment time as well as informative communication.
A big thank you to Michael and sidekick Rav, & Glen- very happy with their attitude & workmanship.
I am happy to recommend this group &we are enjoying the final product look &our mates, various visitors & even local tradies have said they look great, neatly installed & add value to our home.

Selbys were really helpful and good to deal with. They were punctual and there was a really quick turn around from when we placed the order for our outdoor blinds to them being delivered and installed. The blinds look great and have created a good outdoor area for entertaining.

I have used Selbys Blind Group on many occasions (4 homes all with different budgets) with continuous excellent results. I've purchased roller blinds (electric) & shutters. I'm in the process of again building and have already told Michelle she has the job, together with her expert installer. I am hopeless with décor so using Michelle's broad knowledge in colours/fabric etc is a blessing. She makes a hard job easy!
In short, Selby's are a professional team, prompt & reliable. Great colour choice, range, quality, price and arrives on the allocated time. I have been updating my house room by room with blinds from Selbys for the last few years. Michelle has been amazing with her help, knowledge, professionalism and is super friendly. I have only positive things to say about the quality of service and product. More importantly they understood what we wanted and came up with the most cost effective solution, which was the ability to bring the outdoor -indoor and vice versa.

Aside from the quality of the product being everything I hoped for, dealing with Selbys Group from obtaining a quote to installation was very easy. Selby's was the only company from approaching 3 companies to respond to my enquiry very quickly. One other company took a week to get back to me and another company never responded at all. Selby's stayed in touch with me to let me know delivery and installation dates and have been very easy to work with. We are so happy with their recommendations and the quality of the shutters and blinds, hence we will be using them again for our new home. I can highly recommend their efficiency.
