I first met Mark from Seeking Minds when I was hospital with treatment resistant depression, a condition which ruled my life for 5 hellish years. I tried counselling and all manner of medications and treatments. Occasionally they briefly worked, but long term they were all ineffective. My psychiatrist recommended psychotherapy to help me identify any historical cause. That's when Mark came in. He has engaged various psychological techniques, including EMDR (rapid eye movement therapy), to guide, explore, and resolve aspects of my life. His professional approach has always been respectful, supportive, and compassionate.
Mark has gently guided me through this last 12 months from a broken woman unable to function to being the mother and grandmother I wanted to be. I highly recommend Seeking Minds.
