7 A very unpleasant experience when I (attempted) to purchase something in this Albert Park store but left empty handed as I was completely ignored!
Although there were two shop assistants who were discussing another customer in the change rooms, I seemed not to warrant attention even though I was standing in front of the jewelry section (directly in front of the cash register) and obviously looking for something. I'm not sure what criteria you need to meet to have someone to help you spend your money, but this particular branch of Seed has certainly lost my business.
Terrible service … guessed the price of the product I asked about was $8 more than told when I got to the counter … and then was very snarly … wouldn’t recommend then at all …. Then didn’t offer gift wrapping I had to ask and then seemed to be a huge inconvenience
Rude staffs. Unpleasant customer service anytime I purchase any items.
Terrible customer service. They were too busy to talk to each other and made me wait at the counter to pay.
Terrible service. More interested in talking to themselves than customers - a loaded "you're ok browsing, yeah" doesn't count as customer service in my view.

A very unpleasant experience. I felt followed and observed all the time. Maybe because of my casual look today or for whatever reason (no excise regardless). I felt like i was under a very awkward surveillance from a staff member, who followed my each step and observed my every move. I never felt so humiliated. I will never set a foot in this shop again.
