I understand it's Xmas and staff are tired but that's no excuse for passive aggressive behaviour. The assistant in the kids section was kindly helping me get larger sizes. But she got annoyed when I changed my mind after seeing a dress I loved. She confirmed on the computer that the store had the right size but when 2 minutes later I asked for the size to be brought out she kept saying no we don't have it so she wouldn't have to go to the back. I didn't realise there's a quota on helping out customers but I had obviously reached mine with her. Both our time was wasted and I couldn't make my purchase. Lucky Country Road was nearby! This review is based on my poor experience with one individual Seed staff member and does not reflect my previous experience at this store.

Very bad customer service in this shop so far. The team member can’t be bothered to put all my transactions into my profile even though I asked for it. Telling the truth and fix the problem will be better than lying to your customer.

Costumer service is not great. There's one lovely lady (a bit older who works around the kids section) who will go above and beyond for you (5 stars for her) and then you have the others who can't be bothered printing of a receipt, you'd think they were hand writing it with all the attitude!

The customer service at this store is one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve worked in retail management for 12 years and it is rare to find such a warm, friendly and approachable team. I spoke to 4 different ladies the day I went in, and each one of them went above and beyond to help me. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days, you’re lucky to have this team representing your company. Thank you

The larger lady who works in this store is horrid. Rudest customer service at this store. Worst experience, I love the brand but will not be returning to this store.

I love seed styles.but this store has an old lady who is rude. I was browsing one day and she shouted out excuse me, when there was ample of space to pass through. In trial room as well she counted my items and no one else's.

Lastly at checkout while I was paying for my items and waiting my size pants to arrive at counter, this lady again came and removed my items, without saying a word to me. I moved to the side felt disgusted. I wanted to walk away, but liked my items so much that I thought to pay for it and never come back. Later she served another person and was deliberately saying good words to her. Racial discrimination offcourse! I hate service at doncaster Seed.

They switch their phones off when there's a massive sale on women's clothes meaning nobody can enquire about children's clothes. Terrible. Was informed they do this on purpose by another seed store.

Horrible shopping experience! Was in there yesterday (Saturday the 16th of November) around lunch time. Ladies who were working had the most horrible customer service. I was going to buy something, but the disgusting service I received turned me off. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience. Very snobby staff, who think they’re all that. One of the rudest stores in the whole complex. And by the previous reviews, obviously you have a problem that isn’t resolving. If this issue continues, I will be contacting SEED HQ.

I am consistently disappointed by the awful service at this seed. The retail assistants are rude and snobby - they have a totally delusional sense of entitlement. I love seed as a brand and have been a loyal customer for years, it is a shame to see this store in such poor management. If you want a good experience go to the carlton or city stores.

So rude service and rude staff at the counter on 26th Nov Monday. She looked not happy at all when she served me with payment service when I reclaimed back the amount of money back as I heard discounted promotions from other staff member there. Felt very unpleasent and wrong information at first! Even paid donation for gift box with my little one and other staff piced me off that I cant with unknown their information of promotions! Wasted my time.so much better service at chadstone store

Went in yesterday to purchase a mothers day gift and the woman with blonde hair was very helpful, great service.
