The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable.

I just had to the most amazing experience with Eleanore, she was so incredibly helpful. I needed to do a size swap but they didn’t have the product in store. She organised a ‘store to door’ delivery for me and made the process so easy. A total asset to the Seed team.

My daughter and I was in today and we were so pleased with the excellent customer service at this store, first from the very lovely lady at the door who really took time to help me locate sizes that weren’t available at that store (not very descriptive but she had long brown hair), and secondly, from the delightful lady at the change rooms (so sorry, I don’t know her name but she was wearing a white top and denim skirt, short blond hair). They were both so lovely and helpful, I couldn’t not write a review to thank them! Very friendly staff in general too and as always, gorgeous range of clothes.

Worst shopping experience! Walked in not a hello in sight despite no one else being in store got to the counter and clearly told the staff I may need help with boot sizing not only did she not bring them for me to try and I had to grab them myself but no greeting while walking out! Lol this place is a joke

It allowed me to experience my worst shopping. I wanted to contact the headquarters, too. If you see this article, you will need to train your employees. Look at the reviews of customers who felt racial discrimination. I will never go to this branch again and I really want the boss to see me.

Incredibly helpful staff. They were all soooo beautiful. Made choosing baby clothes so easy. Literally grabbing the size I needed for me. Absolutely wonderful people working there! Honestly they made my day! And they were soooo great with my baby.
Left with a fat shopping bag! And a full heart!

Was in a rush and didn’t end up buying anything, but in the brief 2 minutes I was in the store the lovely lady working there complemented my hair and we had a really nice chat. Made my day! ️

Not only is it impossible to get through to this store but they are just about keeping their money rather than helping the customer. My husband attended this store to exchange for items that appeared online but were not in store. Instead of advising where this items maybe and placing them on hold they have given a gift card. Not only can I not get these items online as sold out they “maybe” at Doncaster.now I need to drive around to try and find items as they do not hold during a sale of 20% doing this when you have a baby is not helpful seed!? !? Your customer service should be to assist not just give out store credits to retain monies when cards you don’t have the original card however cards are linked in joint accounts. Thanks for nothing just money hungry company!

Excellent service. Called to have a pair of pants in my size transferred to a store closer to home and they were able to organise it very quickly, and maintain the sale price. Thank you so much!

So many beautiful clothes and accessories, good shop floor layout. Lots of choices and colours.

The store has many selections for kid clothing.the staff are very helpful in locating sizes that aren't available on the shelf. Quick tip - Don't buy the newest collection as they will go on sale shortly after.

Racist staff:
As we walked into the store, there was an elderly staff, who was impolite, had stopped us from looking at the cloths. She actually Took the cloth from us, not sure what she was thinking. She behaved bit confrontational and was asking what size we intend to buy. Casual racism perhaps. Terrible! In a multicultural society like Australia. We proceeded to shop anyway. The other staff’s were very professional, friendly and the shop itself was nicely set up. Rated 1 for the experience with the staff who probably is from ‘white only’ era

Honestly, as a person of colour I felt so racially discriminated against when I stepped into this store. Every other customer walking thru the door got a “hello” and greeting, as my sister and I just got ignored. No one approached us to ask if we needed help. They all seemed very busy twiddling their thumbs. Very poor customer service.

Excellent service, lots of variety for girls, quality of fabric ok, lots of colour going on in the store great for soring summer, prices but would go lower on a few.

Now this store is beautiful. Plenty of great clothes for babies and Children. Wonderfully presented. The ladies were so helpful and great knowledge. Could have stayed all day. Well done Seed.

She went out of her way to help me with a purchase I had made from DJs SEED after that she helped me perfect a perfect gift!

A lovely store with a great variety and more importantly great service, I like variety and this store just lacks a smidge of creativity bit nonetheless great value for money and children grow ever so quickly that it is perfect for most parents and grandparents #kidsclothes #seedkids
