Can not fault the customer service at this seed. I have been in several times and everytime the ladies that work there are super helpful. I went in only today and it was refreshing to have a sales assistant give you can honest opinion, rather than just wanting a sale.

What would make this seed better is having some of the more exclusive stock that highpoint or Chadstone get.

So disappointed with this store. I called to reserve a dress, then when i went to pick it up the lady said they cant find the dress i reserved. Very bad customer service. Didnt even lift a finger to help me out. So upset with this store.

Staff working on 15 August 2019 evening, rudely made me leave the shop before I finished my intended shopping.
I usually take time to make up my mind before I spend a fortune at Seed. I love these clothes!
This time the staff asked me to come another day if I cannot make up my mind, rolling their eyes over every time I'd ask for assistance and making disrespectful comments behind my back.
One unprofessional and snobby retailer and two other unsuitable to be there trainees, poorly managed to satisfy my needs in terms of colours and sizes, they didn't even know what they had in store, telling me that they don't have a specific colour of a product that I found a minute later on the shelf by myself.
I will make sure I take this further in case it happens again.

Friendly staff. The store is always clean and tidy. Asking for my driver's license whilst doing an exchange was a bit extreme though. I had already shown you my bank statement as proof of purchase.

Seed never disappoints in term of quality, there rang of style is beautiful. I visited there Werribee shop this evening and planned to purchase quiet a few things not only for myself but for my new baby also on the way.
I took many things into the change rooms not once did a worker ask if I needed a hand or make any effort to help in terms of sizes. One particular lady with dark hair was the rudest retail assistance I have come across. I asked if she had a top in stock and she was not helpful at all, gave me a snob look on her face and said no, when actually it was hanging in the window. This lady needs to be retrained in customer service, manners and what range of clothing the seed has on it hangers! I will not step foot in this shop or purchase anything from this seed store again, due to the fact that customer service was so bad!

What a bunch of snobs. Walked into this store, smiled at one of the ladies when I walked in, she just stared at me. There was no acknowledgement or welcome from any of the 3 girls I saw even though they were asking other customers how they were. I would never ever shop here again. I will go to different seed stores instead because I think the clothing is beautiful. These girls seriously need to get a reality check. At the end of the day you are just retail assistants.
